For the price point, the quality of food is pretty good so I will give them that. However, the service we received was absolutely terrible and ruined my experience here completely. We came here at noon on a Sunday and I was surprised it was not busy (I think I see why now). Some tables have iPads to order on but ours did not and it took them very long to take our order and tables seated after us received noticeably better and faster service. It took a while to get our banchan, which normally comes out very quickly at other KBBQ places. I also had to request multiple times for refills or sauces. On top of that, I had to request our soups several times and their excuse was that the soups are supposed to come at the end of the meal but I saw other tables get theirs before us. When I spoke up about the awful service they were providing, they were apologetic and started giving us more attention but we were nearly done with our food and all of the other tables had left by then so it felt pretty half hearted. I will not be coming back.

Foodie living in Irvine for 6 years. I've gone to many barbecue places including both Japanese and Korean. But this place always has a special place in my heart Our go-to Korean barbecue in OC!!! We love it because the beef is so fresh. Their Kimchi soup is the best. Everything is so clean and not greasy at all! Highly recommend it! Service is amazing too! Feel very welcomed.

2 stars only because the food is good and the meat quality is solid. Absolutely horrendous service that would only be tolerated down in south OC. Besides putting on the first batch of meat not a single server ever came back to check on us or cook additional meats. We had to wave down a server for any and everything else we needed. This was my 2nd time here and absolutely dismayed at the lack of service here that I will not be back.

This restaurant was truly amazing. The meat, the steamed egg, the side dishes all tied together to make the perfect meal. Every time I come here, I'm always so welcome by staff, including my favorite servers Hyejin and Tiffany. The two managers Erisa and Chaehee are always helping us to have the best kbbq experience as well. The owner, Kevin, will walk around and accommodate us to our needs. I would recommend coming here if you're hungover from the night before or just simply craving a korean dish that reminds you of home. I've been here before and would definitely come here again and again!

We came here around Christmas time after going to Tanaka Farms with our 2 year old toddler. It was our first time here. There was a game on and we should have left before we even ordered, but thought the people causing the commotion were the kitchen staff and that it would be better once we sat down. There were no other patrons in the restaurant as far as we could see. We ordered and were sad that there was no rice paper. Turns out the people making the noise were a man and his friend watching the game on the big screen. One was obviously more drunk than the other one. The drunk one would loudly pound on the table and shout throughout the game, scaring our toddler and making the dining experience awful. The waitresses were apologetic but did nothing about the other patron. I think the owner came to apologize also. He was so disruptive that I had to take our toddler outside before the food even arrived. The other patron's friend told him to quiet down and that he scared a baby, his friend said "I'll pay $100more dollars!" My husband asked the staff to pack our food to eat at home. Granted there wasn't a whole lot the staff could have done, they could have asked the patron to move into the other room they had with closed doors, they could have comped our meal or offered a discount. It was the worst experience I have ever had and you bet we're not coming back. Food itself was okay.

First of all this is not an all you can eat KBBQ place. It's located right across from Tanaka farms and there's ample amount of parking here. It's very spacious and clean and here the servers will cook the meat and items for you. For a business meeting for 3 adult males we had ordered the large beef and pork combo which comes with a variety of meat and your choice of rice, salad, or soup. They start off with the brisket and then it gets better from there. The one item that is a must try is their bone on short rib. It's marbled to perfection and just melts in your mouth. Luckily for me the others were getting full which meant more for myself. The side plates were good but wish there was more variety along with the dips. They serve you salt and a house dip and that's it. It would be better to have sesame seed oil, spicy variation and classic Asian bbq sauces. Besides those little things everything tastes great and the servers were attentive and knew how to cook the meat to their right temperatures.

The best place for kbbq, the service was amazing the best service I've gotten for a while actually. James was attentive to grabbing extra side dishes and cooking the meets as well always on top of everything. The meets were cooked to perfection and there was so many side dishes available compared to kang ho dong. We got seated quickly as well and their seating is so spacious you basically get a booth table. 10/10 would definitely come again!!

My family and I came here for a late dinner after my son's bball practice. The ambiance was very clean and bright. Not the type of kbbq place where the music is blasting and the lights are dim. We ordered the large beef and pork combo. Meat quality was good and the side banchans were good. Not many in quantity but good quality and home made. The soybean stew and kimchi stew that came with our combo were solid. Soybean stew was better in flavor. The sleeper dish for me was their cold buckwheat noodles which I actually really enjoyed. Simple, clean broth and didn't have the dashida flavoring. Overall, solid spot with no frills.

This place is amazing. Yes, it's a little bit pricier than any kbbq, however this is not AYCE but for a reason . Table side service and the quality meat was very much worth it. I will definitely come back. I highly recommend the Beef combo and the beef broth soup has so much flavor!

Make every bite a good one. Ella even ate some of the brisket! She knows this spot is a goodie. About this combo Sirloin or Boneless Short Rib Brisket Short Rib Steak Pork Belly Pork Jowl Their banchan is a whole different story. So much of it. I enjoyed every single one of them. I also got to try their tofu soup and cheesy steamed egg. So good! I am already thinking about when I should visit this spot again.
