Updated review: I posted a couple years ago about my burger which was cold and looked like someone punched it. It wasnt cold this time but I now can make an honest review. The food here tasted like nothing i couldnt make at home with some oven baked fries and Kirkland signature parmesean powder sprinkled on fries with the smallest bit of garlic sauce. The burger was ok but messy to eat. How did this cost me $19 without a drink and $23 with (before tip). In my full honest opinion, there are plenty of other burger places around Irvine marketed as a bit more upscale than a fast food burger and for cheaper.

First time but it will be the last time! 40 minutes waiting time for “Fast food” is insane! I only ordered one big shack burger. It was messy and sloppy burger…look at the pictures! Big shack meat is very dry and actually no taste at all if without the cheese. Restaurant inside is like a mad house or battle zone! Kitchen staff were constantly screaming names and it was overcrowded. Staff kept telling incoming customers waiting time will be 40 to 45 minutes. Price is reasonable but not worth it.
