I remember when they opened this place. I wasn't sure how they'd do with the legendary cha for tea next door but they're still here! So they're doing something right! I remember during the pandemic, I'd be visiting this place several times a week just to get my fix. THey're located closer to the Trader Joe's side if you're looking for it. Small space so don't expect to sit inside to study lol There's plenty of outdoor seating anyway...

Located closer to the Trader Joe’s side. Space is small. Enough to come in and get your drink and walk out. Was greeted with a smile and welcome and the girl behind the counter was friendly and helpful while ordering. We stopped by here while waiting to pick up our dinner. I got the peach tea with aiyu jelly but did not get the jelly. I had green tea as the base tea. My tea was good but I will ask next time if I can get it with oolong tea as the base. This place is fantastic and the best bubble tea/boba place at UTC.The quality is consistently good, and they have lots of choices on the menu.I really appreciate the speed of service and the line moves quickly when there is one.Lots of off the menu options too!
