The food was excellent across the board and the prices were great as well. The fried gyoza was cooked perfectly and paired with a delicious sauce, and the sushi was fresh and well executed. From a food standpoint, everything we ordered was spot-on.
That said, as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for over two decades, the service fell a bit short of the overall quality of the meal. While the servers were friendly and apologetic, several items we requested were forgotten and had to be corrected after the fact, which disrupted the flow of the dining experience.
One of my biggest service pet peeves was the lack of share plates for the appetizers. When a table orders multiple apps to share, plates should be offered automatically. Instead, we waited several minutes while the appetizers sat in front of us, which created an awkward pause in the experience.
The staff was kind and professional, and they still earned a tip, though not my usual 30% due to these service gaps. With a bit more proactivity and attention to detail, the service could easily match the high quality of the food

Food at this location is pretty good. Broths are not salty. Service is definitely lacking but the food is on point which makes up for it.

Fried Gyoza and spicy ramen with a draft beer is exactly what I needed and it hit the spot!
I saw on TikTok some people were saying this place wasn’t good but I honestly have no idea why’d they say that.
The spicier ramen level is amazing and as someone who’s grown up in a Mexican household it’s quite literally not that bad. As a matter of fact I’d say that it’s a tasteful and flavorful spicy VS an unbearable spicy.
I ended up adding the ghost pepper kimchi and that did take it up a level!
God servir as well! Also my S/o and I split the ramen and fried gyoza and it’s enough for two!

This was my first time coming here and I would say it's an overall OK experience. I do not personally enjoy Ramen but can appreciate it. Compared to other Ramen restaurants in the city, this is someone average. However, I did appreciate their somewhat expansive non Ramen menu they offered. The service here was probably below average but at the end of the day, the food is really what matters. I'd somewhat recommend this place only if the location is convenient.

Great price and flavorful!! Staff super friendly and fast service
Okay so the problem is I love this food here, but the waiters are usually rude. Why can you not swap a side sauce for free? Why do they insist on charging extra for a simple swap?
They just told my doordasher they won’t give me sauce? I am a regular who orders here 3 times a week. Why are customers not appreciated?

The ramen here is great and the staff is so efficient! I have been coming here for years and the quality remains top notch. They are also super accommodating in adjusting things for your dietary restrictions. I hope this place stays here forever!

Good food, less than bare minimum service. They take your order. Give you a water, then don't attend to you at all unless giving you food or your bill. We had empty water cups 90%of our meal, and had to flag down 2 different people to get them filled. No assigned servers, and don't deserve tips. Tips implies you do more than the bare minimum.

I stopped by Silverlake Ramen last weekend, and it was great. The broth had a nice balance where it didn’t feel too salty, and the noodles were cooked just right. The service was quick even though it was busy, and our food came out hot. The only thing I’d tweak is the seating since the tables feel a little tight when it’s crowded, but the vibe is still fun. Overall it’s a solid spot for a casual dinner, and I’d definitely come back.
