While the ice cream and taiyaki were okay, my experience was subpar due to the service. The girl who took my order was kind but put in my order wrong (I asked for the ube and earl grey swirl, she only put me down as earl grey). I don’t blame her, it was loud and busy. However, the guy with dyed blond hair was rude. I didn’t realize the mix up in my order until after I received it, so I asked him if it was the swirl since I’m not familiar with what it looks like. All he did was say “That’s not what you ordered” and held the order ticket in front of me. I didn’t mind eating what I was given and while it would’ve been nice, I wasn’t expecting them to remake my order. I just wish the employee approached the interaction a bit differently.
Also, there was like a cricket crawling on the counter.

Good dessert place. Ice cream was light and taiyaki cone was full of deliciousness!
