While the ice cream and taiyaki were okay, my experience was subpar due to the service. The girl who took my order was kind but put in my order wrong (I asked for the ube and earl grey swirl, she only put me down as earl grey). I don’t blame her, it was loud and busy. However, the guy with dyed blond hair was rude. I didn’t realize the mix up in my order until after I received it, so I asked him if it was the swirl since I’m not familiar with what it looks like. All he did was say “That’s not what you ordered” and held the order ticket in front of me. I didn’t mind eating what I was given and while it would’ve been nice, I wasn’t expecting them to remake my order. I just wish the employee approached the interaction a bit differently.
Also, there was like a cricket crawling on the counter.

Would give this place a 5 star if the workers weren't so disrespectful. One of the girl workers with a lot of piercings kinda reminding me of pinhead right off the bat was disrespectful not being friendly at all and one of the workers a young adult asian man even made a rude remark on my friends name. 5/5 minus 4 stars because of the workers, do better Somi Somi.
