Great food with many vegetarian options

Absolutely amazing food and service! You can tell that they truly care about the quality of the food and the service they provide to their guests.

Fast casual Italian food. This place rocks! We live far but drive here once a week because it's worth every penny! This place is the Chipotle of pasta. You pick your pasta, sauces, and items to add into your dish. This isn't as low quality as the old Pasta Bravo of the 90s. Go check them out.

Loved it! It can be a little overwhelming for first timers to see the menu. They have a create your own section and a preset menu as well. Its the first one in california but I hope they will be expanding soon! I got full off of the serving size not to much and not to little. My plate was about 11 bucks with no meat. About $13-15 for meat which isn't to bad considering some pasta places can charge up to 20 bucks.

Great food with a awesome build your own menu with plenty of options. Ordering kiosk system is a bit weird. Service is good but resturaunt can be a bit disorderly with new beta kiosk program. Seems understaffed but excellent for the price.

I spent $30 on ubereats for pesto penne pasta- this is the "pesto" that came on the pasta, and there were ingredients missing from what I ordered. Safe to say I was incredibly disappointed in the quality.

Spoleto is a great place if you are craving pasta and want a quick meal. They cook the pasta in front of you and it only takes a couple minutes. The portion size is also decent too. The only complaint that I have is that it is kind of pricey for a restaurant like this. I expected it to be under 10 dollars but this is not the case. I really enjoyed my spicy rose pasta and would return.

Love the Italian food. Be patient in line, when you order, they prepare immediately in front of you. Therefore, the line can be a short wait. TIP *** Several items can be added on, so lots of flavors and options. For example, I like spaghetti bolognese but I add a sausage too. Good food but for counter service, price is 5-10$ a bit high.

Great for quick and simple food. The quality of pasta is just okay—pretty over cooked. Sauces have generally felt really watery & don't stick to the pasta well.

This is an excellent example of what It is has to offer. There are so many options that it is almost impossible for someone to not find something they like. Hey have flatbreads, make-your-own pasta, and recently added a whole line of risottos. This is also a good place to take children as the pastas a very customizable. This is great for a quick bite or even a date night. Definitely a good option for dinner or lunch.

Seriously love love loved it!!! My friend was craving pasta and I wouldn't mind having that but I was in the mood for a salad so I actually got a salad that's similar to a Caesar salad. The lettuce was so crisp and fresh the cheese was perfect and the dressing is beyond amazing! So the whole experience is similar to Chipotle but I won't downplay it and say it's just like that because it's not it's nicer than that but you go through a almost like Buffet line and they create your plate for you. When we were done the cashier who rang us up was not the friendliest but then it looked like the manager that was there was super helpful gave me extra dressing for my salad and extra bread. They're very nice here and it's a very clean restaurant!!!

Love that they prepare the pasta in front of you, so it's fresh. Their specialty pastas are very good. The portions are very filling!

The location in Sugarland May have closed. Yet, I'm so happy that they still have this location open. The pizza here is still excellent and tasty! This place is definitely worth a try. Also, the staff is very friendly!

Hard to call the food bad. Service is iffy do to their cafeteria style. Food is good.

Our whole family loved this restaurant so much, we came back several times on our Disneyland vacation. We even left the park early so we could eat there before they closed. We have several picky eaters who were very happy to be able to choose exactly what they wanted as ingredients in their food of choice, whether it be pasta, pizza, or a salad. My daughter who has a gluten allergy loved the many safe pasta choices they offer. They are also so friendly. I hope one of these restaurants comes to Colorado!
