On September 9, a very unpleasant situation occurred at Sprinkles. I am an Uber Eats courier and arrived to pick up an order for a customer at 10:30, as indicated in the system, but I only received it at 11:30. Instead of the promised 15 minutes, I had to wait for more than an hour. The cashier deliberately ignored me, and the delay happened because an employee was late to work and the cupcakes were not ready on time. Because of this, a large line of customers and couriers formed. I had to feel embarrassed and explain to the customer why the delivery was late. As a result, both the customer and I as the courier suffered. Such treatment is absolutely unacceptable.

Quick order and take to enjoy in open area around shop. Limited numbers baked per day so go early and enjoy your goodies or take home.

I ordered and paid for a huge order to be delivered. (about 104 cupcakes) with plenty of time for them to schedule the order and they call me to cancel the order because they didn't have a delivery method..... BUT they never did. So I paid for the order and have been asking for a refund for about 3 months now, and they just kept my money.... is that a rip-off or what? They have me email so many people, and I got no responses to my request. So now, you be the judge.

I ordered mini cupcakes for an event. The staff were kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and helped us plan and procure the right items for the event. Kayla in particular went above and beyond to ensure the experience was seamless. The mini cupcakes were tasty too! 10/10 recommend!

Visited the Irvine Spectrum Sprinkles for the first time. Great atmosphere and good service. I ordered two (2) cupcakes. The Vanilla was pretty good. However, the Protein Power Up was appalling. The cake flavor and texture weren't great; a tough texture overall and the wrapper wouldn't remove cleanly. I had to pull it off in pieces, a few at a time. At times, digging into the cake to get the paper wrapper off. Sprinkles should pull this cupcake from the menu. This is NOT a good flavor selection at all.

I didn’t like the quality of sugar here. I’m used to organic sweets that don’t hurt my teeth. I would definitely skip this spot.
Came into the store and after 10 minutes standing there had to say can someone help us. Was told to use the monitor because they were busy folding boxes I said there is no one here? The young girl looked at me with a rude look and finally took our order. Terrible customer service.
When ever AMN is in Orange County for signings, we always stop here for sweet treats. Deliciously fresh moist flavorful delights. Impeccable service keep it up.
I honestly love this place. The moment you walk in you smell cupcakes, and the workers always greet you as you walk in. They have IPads to order, which make it easier to see the varieties of flavors. My personal Favorite, and my friends favorite one, is the Gluten Free Red Velvet, which is delicious! Would totally recommend to come here, their cupcakes are fresh and taste delicious.
Staff was not helpful and cupcakes were dry with frosting way too sickening sweet. Will not be coming again.

Sprinkles had some pretty good cupcakes. I got the Christmas Cookie & it was pretty good. A little bit too sweet for me, but I'm sure others would love the sweetness. If I go next time, I would probably get the Salted Caramel or the Triple Cinnamon. A bit expensive. The cupcake I got was $5.50, which is quite expensive considering the size of the cupcake was the size of an average cupcake. Overall, good cupcake, a bit too sweet for my likings but it was scrumcious, & on the more expensive side.
I got a carrot cupcake the other day and it may have been one of the grossest things I have ever eaten. It was filled with hard, stringy carrots. Who does that? The cupcake was incredibly small for five dollars. The store was also very uncomfortable. They make you wait with lots of other people in a very cramped little area while they prepare your order. Overall, not a great experience.
Sophia turned my horrible day around with amazing service and amazing cupcakes! The pumpkin spice latte one was our favorite. Will definitely be coming back again.

It's a very stupid idea for a business to be cashless. Also, very unAmerican. I gave my business elsewhere. Also, no seats inside to enjoy your cupcake on a hot day. Not that difficult!!!
