Sprinkles has sure changed since they first opened. Dang, Candace, prices went up and cake portion went WAY down. I was shocked at the ratio of frosting to cake especially since the "cupcake queen" is on a show and she literally comments on the bakers cake to frosting ratio and she's doing the SAME thing. Not worth paying $40 for 6 cupcakes. Just make your own.

The seasonal flavors now will cost you around $6-7 per cupcakes. I only come occasionally. The cupcakes are dense with a think layer of frosting on top. Great location for it.

Bad delivery. Can’t get a hold of anyone at the store. Wrong order sent and no way to call store directly to fix problem.
The most soft and tasty cupcakes i have ever tried!!We had the carrot, red velvet and the vegan one! In my opinion the carrot one was the best!! If you love carrot cakes you should try it.

Let me start with the cupcake. Tonight I got the Dark Chocolate cupcake... at $5.10 per cupcake, that is pretty STEEP. The cream/frosting was DELICIOUS... but unfortunately my cake was DRY. I was soooo disappointed because I didn't eat my cupcake until I got all the way home. Foe that price point per cupcake...I expected a moist / perfect cupcake. This really makes me reconsider trying it again :( That's such a bummer.I was also super disappointed in the Service. I went to the store tonight around 7pm and there was 1 young lady at the counter working and NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the entire store and no other workers from what I could see. The young lady didn't really acknowledge or talk to me when I walked in. I stood there for a couple minutes and literally never once offered to help or ask me if I had any questions....... and I did have questions. She never mentioned once that I have to use the kiosk machine to put in my order. I had to figure that out myself. I literally chuckled out loud when the self service kiosk asked me if I wanted to add a TIP ( seriously?).Anyways, I'm glad she offered me a bag for my cupcakes.Would I go back? Honestly not sure ?

They "donated" my birthday cake a.k.a. they ate it because they said I didn't call back. I called them multiple times and they didn't answer. It wasn't my fault they don't answer their phones. I will contact corporate.

Christmas Eve - ordered my cupcakes and cookies online as requested. Missing cookies. Cupcake box not put together correctly so cupcakes are a mess. No one will answer the phone. Very disappointed.
