The most soft and tasty cupcakes i have ever tried!!We had the carrot, red velvet and the vegan one! In my opinion the carrot one was the best!! If you love carrot cakes you should try it.

Let me start with the cupcake. Tonight I got the Dark Chocolate cupcake... at $5.10 per cupcake, that is pretty STEEP. The cream/frosting was DELICIOUS... but unfortunately my cake was DRY. I was soooo disappointed because I didn't eat my cupcake until I got all the way home. Foe that price point per cupcake...I expected a moist / perfect cupcake. This really makes me reconsider trying it again :( That's such a bummer.I was also super disappointed in the Service. I went to the store tonight around 7pm and there was 1 young lady at the counter working and NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the entire store and no other workers from what I could see. The young lady didn't really acknowledge or talk to me when I walked in. I stood there for a couple minutes and literally never once offered to help or ask me if I had any questions....... and I did have questions. She never mentioned once that I have to use the kiosk machine to put in my order. I had to figure that out myself. I literally chuckled out loud when the self service kiosk asked me if I wanted to add a TIP ( seriously?).Anyways, I'm glad she offered me a bag for my cupcakes.Would I go back? Honestly not sure ?

This is the best place to get diabetes and fat. The fat cakes have a lot of fat and sugar. I thought I'll try it but I'll stick with Nothing bundt cake.

Finally a location closer to us! Located in Spectrum, next to the water fountain feature at the theater. It's a small and slightly cramped shop - people had trouble passing each other walking to and from the register from one of the doors. It also feels impersonal compared to the Newport location - we couldn't see the cupcakes because they were covered on the baking rack and there was no display case. Instead of being greeted, we were just shown the tablet to order our cupcakes. Then a name was called, a bag was placed on the counter, and I didn't even have a chance to say thanks before the person walked away.Cupcakes were pretty on par with what I get at Newport, though they were slightly drier. Seasonal flavors are...interesting, but my favorite is still the good ol' Black and White.
The cupcakes here are a big favorite of my coworkers. They're on the pricey side in my opinion, but buying a box of a few dozen saves several bucks, and I've always had great customer service each time I come here.Shoutout to Felix and their customer support line for really helping out when I had questions about my order, they definitely created a positive experience for me the last time I ordered.

Disgusting product. I paid $49.00 delivered price for six cupcakes. that's bad enough. But each cupcake was 1.5 inches wide, 1.5 inches high, covered in a lacquer-like "frosting". I got sucked in by the Shark Tank references to Sprinkles. Never again. You have been warned.
