Food was delicious and there was ample seating outside. My daughter who is usually a bit picky, ate all of her cheese omelets, so I may be a bit biased, but it was a great experience. The line to order seemed a bit long, but it moved fast.

This place is amazing!! My daughter and I cannot eat out a lot because of multiple allergies and this Hispanic girl we didn't get her name but she was so kind and accommodating kept checking on us the service was top notch we really enjoyed ourselves and we will drive the 20 minutes to go to that location it is so worth it!!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free blueberry pancakes and waffles

I had an omelette here. I figured it's Irvine so they know how to make one...nope! they made a fertatta. it was ok. sure there's a place in Irvine that knows how to make an omelette. i will say the service was good and accommodating.

The hot fried potatoes are delicious, and the regular coffee was even better thank goodness because we had to sit outside and it was a bit chilly. Worth the cold though because the Breakfast Melt Sandwich was really good and a generous size. Service was ideal; friendly, helpful, and fast. The Lavender Vanilla Latte was superb.

Updated review, orignal review below.Came back here after having a lousy experience a few years ago. I'm happy to say this was much, MUCH, better. All the way around the experience was much better, staff was friendlier and more helpful, lines moved quicker, food was still warm and tasted great. I'm not sure if anything changed over the years since I last visited, but many improvements were made. Well done stacks folks, look forward to coming back.Original review...Heard great things about this place and was pretty disappointed. First off I called ahead to see what the line was looking like, the person told me 20 minutes...we waited almost an hour. Once we finally ordered our food I got an omelette with half melted cheese and overcooked meats inside, bacon and sausage were very chewy. The only plus was the side of pancakes I got were very nice and fluffy.Parking: Trader Joe's and some of the other eateries nearby suck up all the parking, can be hard to find a free spot at times.
