I just bought a tall matcha iced matcha latte in a grande, and barista legit fills up my whole cup with ice and only half my cup was liquid. Finished it in three sips. I can't believe I just spend $5 on a 4 oz drink. When I asked if it was supposed to be that much ice, they told me that it was pre-portioned that way.

This is a crowded campus location, so the cheerfulness and speed of service is especially helpful and impressive. What can look like a long line out the door goes through quickly and drinks are delivered promptly. It's great to have this location easily accessible from so many campus classrooms and offices. Also a great place for a quick meeting since there are some comfortable couches and tables outdoors.

I asked for no whip and then they mixed the whip in the drink so I couldn't even remove it myself, and the drink was very watery. So I was stuck with a very watery and foam top drink.

At least six people working behind counter, and a line of people not moving. Only two were actually doing something. Horribly managed.

Staff is nice but my order was wrong multiple times do I eventually gave up trying to get what I actually ordered. Along with my getting order wrong it was more expensive so I asked for a refund. Even after trying to tell the manager my order since it was wrong on the receipt she brushed me off, resulting in my drink being made wrong 2 more times. Disappointing :(

When you're on campus, who can resist the urge to grab an afternoon pick me up? Lines during the school year can be crazy, so be prepared you may need to wait. The service I've received over the years has varied - but the thing that has always driven me crazy is how it operates differently than a typical Starbucks in terms of weird charges, the inability to use stars from your app, and when I was a student working at another Starbucks location I couldn't get my usual discount. Today they were unable to scan the app and they charged me for cream in my iced coffee...seriously?! I have never been to any coffee shop before and been charged for a bit of cream or milk in my coffee. Pre-covid times there were pitchers of milk or creamer for patrons to use, so while I understand the need for the baristas only to be handling these to limit germs, I don't understand why they can charge me 70c for that.

I went during a weekday afternoon at around 1:30 and there was nobody in line. I walked straight to the front and was able to order right away. I got the mango dragonfruit refresher with lemonade. This drink is perfect for a hot day and when you want something lighter with sweetness and sourness to it! I got a grande and it was around 4.50. It's very pricey for what it is but definitely worth a try!
Extremely slow, even when there are minimal customers. Took way too long to have such a simple drink made. Furthermore, the barista looked as if he was attempting brain surgery for the first time...
