This store or some staff is strange. My friend and I ordered two iced Americanos at the register today. A female employee with colored hair like rainbow took my order. We waited for 20 minutes next to register since nobody called my name. And we were the only ones left in the store, and I asked them and they let me know my drinks were ready in the corner. How come? Even someone who ordered through the mobile app had their names called so they could get their drinks on time. Why didn't they call my name? Was it because I was the only orange there? Now that I think about it, everyone else was white.

Love coming to this location because the food is always made on time and the staff is super friendly but today I have to say I felt so special because of Mo. First of all the the guy could not take my order correctly which was quite simple plus he double charged me . Then I waited for half and half for like 10 minutes , due to their multi tasking . Not a very efficient place ! Will not be back .

I always order from here as it is very close to home. Every time the cappuccino is good except for 9 to noon. It is always the milk is more or it is less. Hope they make this right. I hate my coffee ruined this way. But otherwise this starbucks is great and service is good!
