Updating my review because they have implemented a new policy that makes it so I am unable to order my drink without walking into the store. I was in the drive thru today because everyone in the car was unable to go into the store ourselves. The driver is not able to walk for 5 feet or more without difficulty and I have difficulty when I have to be around the amount of noise and number of people within a shop. So we tried to order our drinks from the drive thru and were told that we are not allowed to order iced tea lattes from the drive thru and would have to walk in to place this order. When I asked if this was a store or chain policy I was informed that it is a store policy to not allow iced tea lattes from the drive thru. I just wish they had offered to work with us by either requesting we park and sending someone out with the order, offered a cup with ice, or just allowed me to order it as we then had to wait in line for an additional 8-10 minutes to receive our drinks and I have been previously told that it takes 5 minutes to steep these drinks. Very upset that this location insists on all customers to be on the same ability level as its workers.

Bad service and the coffee wasn’t even good. It’s half way full. Our drinks came out way after other people who were behind me. I asked for something and the barista said just a minute and she just too off.

If you want milk instead of coffee, then this is the place for you. I ordered coffee with light ice, and got half a glass of ice. At my request to make coffee again, one of the employees poured half a glass of ice and filled the missing volume with milk... I’ve never had worse coffee in my life

Always very loud with three big speakers in a very small area, and always very cold. The music volume is supposedly to keep the employees entertained, rather than for customers.

Starbucks is not the same. To use a restroom you need to purchase something that's their policy on top their coffee prices are over rated. I was so disappointed . My favorite place now is Peet's Coffee excellent customer service, great coffee on top Organic, what else could you asked! And you can use the Restrooms anytime, this is what I call great customer service!

There are no greetings, nor any acknowledgment of customers; never inquiries about the reasons for our waiting or standing and questions cannot be posed while they are merely engaged in casual conversation in between them.
Visits to this location every weekend have become increasingly disappointing.
SB is no longer what it used to be.

I'm not one to leave an awful review but in this instance it is required. Place the mobile order at 3:05 p.m. and after standing there watching my drink get started and then sat down by one person and subsequently picked up looked at and put down by two more people and then finally made 12 minutes later when there was literally basically no customers in line and 3 to 4x more employees behind the counter then customers waiting I finally get my drink 12 minutes later only to receive the worst Starbucks drink I've ever had in my entire life. I mean the color was dark brown because it was almost all espresso it seems. Had I not wasted almost my entire 15 min break at work waiting I would have immediately upon tasting exited my vehicle & walked back inside to demand a refund or someone who knew what they were doing remake my drink. It was just sloppy all around. Reply return to this location and my experience is completely different I have a 100 percent re-evaluate my review but otherwise it stands
