I went on Dec 11 at 530 in the drive thru, guy at first was nice on the drive thru speaker but when I pulled up I noted they made my drink a grande when I ordered a Venti, he didn’t apologize or anything just took The drink in & looked at while making a sigh like he was frustrated, they took FOREVER MAKING A NEW ONE didn’t apologize or anything & from there the customer service just went down hill as if he was upset with me for asking for the correct size

One weekday afternoon, this staff member—a stocky, larger-built one, refused to get me hot water, despite I’m a regular and had already ordered an item. He insisted that I buy a tea instead. What if I were allergic to it. The experience felt rather unaccommodating, he was as if on autopilot, not paying attention, and treating familiar face like just a number.

I come here frequently and am astounded at the filthy patio area that is in dire need of a good pressure washing. There are stains all over that have been here for months, especially right by the door leading into the mobile pickup area where many have obviously spilled their coffees. It makes me wonder how the rest of the store operates when clearly there is no pride of ownership.

I was recently refunded with gift cards.. They gave me Starbucks gift cards.. Since glitch in the system and or something funny on my gift cards.. This is a nice location.. The young lady deserves a raise or promotion.. Went beyond fantastic service! I wish I could remember her name..

This review is actually for the new location across the street near In-N-Out. I could not find it on google. That's why I am leaving 5 stars instead of 1 star. Pleas put green stoppers in the lid of your drive thru customers hot beverages. As my drink was handed to me, coffee spilled onto my car and myself because there was no stopper in the lid. Of course there was no apology from the barista and no Napkins offered.
