The sign says drive thru but they have a huge indoor seating area. Guess it means they also have a drive thru. Interior is nice and open with plenty of seating.

Today, I was informed by a barista that PERSONAL CUP STARS could no longer be added at this store register. However, I couldn’t find any official information online stating that this benefit has been deactivated. If you can point me to it, that would be great.
If this store no longer participates in the Starbucks Rewards program, I’d appreciate some clarity, especially since it is a Starbucks location. Can you confirm whether this is a store-specific policy or a broader change?

I’ve been a regular customer at this Starbucks and had already purchased two coffees earlier in the day. Later, I stopped by to get some work done and simply asked for a cup of water. To my surprise, an employee told me that water was only available if I bought another drink. I was already “coffee-ed out” for the day and didn’t want to purchase anything else—I just needed some water. Water should not be denied to anyone. This lack of empathy was disappointing, and I won’t be stopping by this location any longer.

Manager Monica with the blond hair is very rude over heard her for the past three days harassing a couple husband had go use the restroom and she was trying to kick them out or buy something before the husband came out and processeds to take things home free bragging about it to whoever she was on the phone with out side before going back inside today with a box of cups I believe that's theft.
The manager with the blond hair and dreadlocks was very rude for the second time before having a chance to order and egg burrito because we had a few urgent things to do before we went inside to order she came out side and look at me and my wife like she was Disgusted and said we have to buy something if we were going to be here she raised her voice and came off to us as very aggressive was not polite at all and scared my daughter

Was feeling under the weather so I treated myself to Starbucks… Only felt worse as I was treated rudely and coldly at this location and my pink drink was completely off. Separated by the time it got to me and unbearably sweet. I’ve had it a million times and it’s never tasted so bad!

Their working hours are till 10:30pm. I was here at 9:10pm and ordered food and 20 minutes later I was asked to leave. I was not warned beforehand, I would not have ordered food!

This Starbucks is absolutely horrible and disgusting I am going to report this location to local health inspectors and corporate. They need to fire every single employee at this location and redo this entire store.
