Horrible service and always understaffed.. can't even acknowledge people in line. And Slowww the slowest I've ever seen people move ... How do you hire only 1 person and there slow as a snail... And they don't care at all seems annoyed.... Forget Starbucks go to Petes across the way .... Dumb.......

One of the nicer Starbucks I have been into. Quiet, warm vibe, pleasant music and friendly baristas. They got my order right and were happy to make any alterations to customize my drink.

I order here a lot because it’s the closest starbucks to me and everytime I go there is this worker who gives me SO much attitude. Today I was asking her if I could use my stars for rewards for a free drink and she didn’t respond nor look at me, so I thought she didn’t hear me because she makes me repeat everything I say. When I was about to pay, I asked if I can use my stars and she said “I heard you the first time” with a really rude tone and that’s not the way to treat a customer. If she heard me the first time she should’ve responded. I’m probably not going to order from this starbucks in a long time because she has been giving me attitude since the day she worked there. Her name is Jazmine and she has blue hair and i’m pretty sure the other bad reviews are about her. I will not allow that level of disrespect towards me every time I order from the Starbucks.

I went in for a drink & received horrible customer service. The girl who helped me had an attitude for no apparent reason. If I go back to this location I will definitely be talking to a manager about this issue. She choose to work there she should have a smile on her face & be friendly!

Although located in a nice shopping center, the friendly attitude of the staff was not here. I walked in and the two baristas were having a discussion looking at a clipboard. I gave them a minute or two and waited to be acknowledged… I finally approached the counter and said good morning first. I asked for a drip roast and she stared at me assuming I would tell her the size (mind you I was using my star rewards so I was not sure what size it was valid for). Better attitude next time I hope.

Only a few or just one staff member, but it's a grocery store, plenty of time to go do shopping and come back when it slows down. Avoid after school and morning rushes, and they close earlier than normal places but perfectly adequate cappuccino at decent prices with a good app, hard to complain.

Idk what the other reviews are talking about. Didn't have my precious chicken panini but it's in another store so that's cool. 3 staff members at 2 pm, all chill and got my drink in less than 3 minutes with 1 person in front of me.

Constantly out of items. If your going to have a Starbucks in the grocery store, it should be set to the same standards. Pretty poorly managed.

Worst service ever. The blonde lady who was the only one working at the time, messed up my drink. It tasted disgusting and I politely asked her to remake it without so much syrup (I asked for LIGHT syrup originally) and she refused unless I wanted to pay for a new drink because she thought she "gave me what I paid for." Why should I literally have to pay for someone else's mistake?
