The staff here is very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience thanks to their kindness and professionalism.
Usual Starbucks incompetence when it comes to inventory - run out of breakfast tea.
I wish I knew his name but there was a gentleman who treated me so well which is unusual because I am hearing impaired. I couldn't make out what was being asked about the whole bean coffee so instead of showing frustration which most people do, he took out his phone and typed his question. He probably rolled his eyes after I left ššš¤£ but while I was there he treated me with the greatest respect and so did the gentleman who initially took my order.
I come here at least 4x a week in the early morning and every single staff member is kind all the time. Their restroom is always clean even when I drop by in the afternoon at times. They should send a training manual to the Starbucks on E Ball rd and State College Boulevard in Anaheim.
Always fast. Kinda wish sharpie wasnāt used again on cups so near the lid cause I hate the sharpie smell but thatās not locationās fault corporate policy I think. 10/10 otherwise
The service at this location is atrocious.
My wife came in to ask for just *2 ounces* of hot water for my 3 month old babyās hot water, and they refused and said sheād have to buy something to get JUST WATER.
I went back in to get some clarity on this and ask again, and they reiterated this saying it was new policy since end of Jan 2025.
For 2 ounces of water. For a baby.
Either all of Starbucksās service has gone down hill for a few bucks, or this location has the worst service Iāve ever encountered in a Starbucks worldwide - this coming from a Starbucks Rewards member for 6 years.
Will never return to this location and rethinking my Starbucks patronage overall.
This is actually my go to starbucks as i live across the street and i love them all everyone sam , ranya etc. But today i asked for a refill from sam and DAZY came with the worst attitude ever , while the only thing she could have said nicely , sorry no refill if you went outside , no need to lecture me about these 6 words , definitely.

I've been coming to this Starbucks location pretty consistently for the past 5 months and i had nothing but an amazing experience, thanks to Nick's management and the great team he put together, until very recently. One of the staff (her name is Raneeya i think) is EXTREMELY rude and obnoxious. last week she yelled my name and said YOUR ORDER IS READY, giving me a nasty look as if she didn't want me to be there. at first i thought it's a misunderstanding because everyone is so nice and friendly here, but it happened twice again that week which made me come to conclusion that she doesn't want me to be here.
Bad attitude of a woman working in this
Location, her name is Adri and she is a manager of the store. I feel very bad for her employees, all I asked to add a little bit of coffee and milk since my pistachio latte was very sweet. Itās like a big deal for her. Itās all about kindness and customer service and she failed. I paid $22 for 3 drinks and one snack and I donāt deserve to receive attitude.
We ordered drink at 7:15pm and try to used restroom. The manager said the restroom closed due to have been cleaned up.
Got a latte around 8:15am today. I was happy to be able to use a mug to dine in but the steamed milk in my latte (standard 2percent milk ) looked and tasted like it came out of a hot chocolate machine.
Is the knowledge of how to steam milk properly lost ?

Very disappointed with our interaction at this location. We are frequent patrons of this location. We literally are here almost every day of the week for coffee and pastries. Visited the location earlier in the day and bought food and drinks. We came back and asked for a water and was told we would need to purchase again. We explained we already had purchased earlier. The cashier said we would need to purchase again to get a water from the filtered water they give out. We know almost all the staff at this location including the management. I think the cashier could have said let me just double check with a manager first on this. Instead we were forced to buy something that we didn't want just to get water. I think Starbucks needs to re-evaluate this policy for regular patrons that do same day visits. It was an extreme turn off to us both. Maybe just let your patrons decide it's not the place for them over a water, and continue to treat us like a number.
as a former resident of Irvine of more than 20 years now living in LA, coming back to Irvine and now Spectrum for two days both days I have received top-notch service and itās nice to see that from 2019 Irvine and Starbucks existing sometime back then it appears that Service has not declined at all since that time so coming back and to see great service provided and remaining is awesome and I am very happy that I just bought my cup of coffee (pike but sometimes i do get an americano) right now :)
