I always go to this Starbucks now. The staff is the friendly and always greets me by name and knows my order. It is a Bougie one and they ace it every time. Where as most other places get it wrong.

AUBREY over the last few months has made my drinks every day on my lunch break. I appreciate her good attitude & constant helpfulness. There were a couple times where I was frustrated with a drink someone else made, and she made it right. She remembers and knows how to make my drink just the way I like it. Which is important for Starbucks customers who are like me: particular, specific, and assertive regulars. She greets people with eye contact a smile and remembers their first name. I truly come to this Starbucks all because of her. Thank you, AUBREY!!! ❤️✅🇺🇸

Thank you to the entire STAFF, my wife and I come this Starbucks quite often and I’m impressed by their quick service. We always place our order through the App and it is ready for pick up within 5 minutes.

Came here on a Friday afternoon with my daughter to help her with her homework. We grabbed her a kids meal from the burger shop next door and we sat at the table closest to the register. As we were getting settled at the table the kind lady at the register asked “What can we get started for you,” to which I replied “oh we’re good.”

A few minutes later Aubrey decided it would be a good idea to come up directly to our table and forcefully ask “Can we get you something started with us?” to which I replied again, “I already ordered on the app.” This rude behavior has never happened to me as someone who frequents Starbucks establishments 2-3 times a week.

Food gets a 4 star thanks to Andrew’s preparation and friendliness. Unfortunately due to the unpleasant experience, Overall 1 ⭐️

The first time I got rejected for getting tap water in any Starbucks. The staff had a rude attitude towards me and the customer before me. I asked if I could just buy the cup of water, but she said you can buy bottled water, with a tone and a look that didn't make me feel comfortable. I was willing to pay a dollar or two for a cup of water, but after that I just had to walk out of the store. I hope the service at this location could be improved, like mentioned in many other comments.
