I wish I knew his name but there was a gentleman who treated me so well which is unusual because I am hearing impaired. I couldn't make out what was being asked about the whole bean coffee so instead of showing frustration which most people do, he took out his phone and typed his question. He probably rolled his eyes after I left 🙁😂🤣 but while I was there he treated me with the greatest respect and so did the gentleman who initially took my order.

Always fast. Kinda wish sharpie wasn’t used again on cups so near the lid cause I hate the sharpie smell but that’s not location’s fault corporate policy I think. 10/10 otherwise

Got a latte around 8:15am today. I was happy to be able to use a mug to dine in but the steamed milk in my latte (standard 2percent milk ) looked and tasted like it came out of a hot chocolate machine.
Is the knowledge of how to steam milk properly lost ?
