Starbucks at the Spectrum is a really clean, nice, and quiet location. It’s a great spot for getting work done or having a casual meeting without too much noise or distraction. The seating is comfortable, and the atmosphere feels calm and organized. I also really like that it has an outdoor area, which is perfect for enjoying coffee in fresh air, especially on nice days. Overall, it’s a convenient and pleasant place to spend time.

I always say this is the worst start bucks in the OC but truly they prove it EVERY TIME. Nothing like Fashion Island. It took over 20 minutes to get our drink. No stickers or names on the drinks everyone just scrambling to guess which was theirs. Also, it wasn’t packed! They’re so slow and it’s always filthy.
I know they’re understaffed but when a drink says 6 minutes it should at least be close to that. The young man that works there is nice.

Why is it every time I come to visit this location, there’s 1 Barista making drinks on a weekday morning? Then 1 Cashier who spending most of the time ringing in orders or making food, unable to help the Barista
I was surprised when the guy told me to buy a drink to get hot water for free. After asking him, he agreed to fill hot water for me but didnt pour the old water out like other location did 😕 and yes, this is the first time I know about this from Starbucks. It never happened in Canada and in all of California Starbucks that I've been to like Santa Margarita, Long beach, Newport beach, Garden grove, Westminster, Orange, LA, Irvine, Buena park, and more. Already checked the reviews of this location and yeah I know from now. Sometimes the hot water just for baby milk. Are you follow the policy or you guys want to make it special?

The service was very quick but the atmosphere is really just confusing because there was like and art piece that was also seating. I got a mint majesty with two honeys very tasty I enjoyed it a lot, the price is decent, the place was clean and a quite place would be good for work
