According to these guys you need to buy something to get water from here, the Starbucks at target doesn't charge!

One of the worst store ever. I’m a big fan of Starbucks but my experience in this store was so bad from the cashier who was so rude and the barista who made my drinks wrong for 2 times and at the end I had just to accept anything and leave. So bad

Nice décor, decent coffee
I asked for a cup of Ice water after I ordered two cups of Frappuccino, and the guy who named Brody told me that I have to back to the long line again if I want a cup of ice water I cannot believe it is Starbucks customer service! Ridiculous!!!

One of the biggest Starbucks I’ve ever been to thus far. Didn’t stay too long so my review will be very limited.
Pros: Huge lobby with plenty of seating and cool wall art. One of the biggest condiments bar (area that has the sugar and creamer).
Cons: Can get pretty busy/crowded as it is in the middle of Irvine Spectrum Center. Below average staff friendliness, compared to most other Starbucks which are usually very friendly. Pretty dirty lobby overall (being such a huge lobby, I can see how constant upkeep can be difficult).
Unsure: Outlets for charging? Bathroom requires code?

Ordered a cappuccino Solid choice as always. Smooth espresso, nice foam, and just the right balance. Not too strong, not too milky. Hits the spot when you need a little pick-me-up

I went in simply to ask for a cup of water for myself and my kids. I was told I had to purchase something in order to get water. I said, “That’s fine, I’ll pay for the water, how much is it?” The cashier responded, “We’re not allowed to charge for water, but you still have to buy something.”
Let that sink in. They can’t sell me water, but they also won’t give it to me unless I buy something else. How does that make any sense?

New lady here gave me a take out when I ordered for here. She said didnt hear me. Music too loud here so maybe she didn’t here me.
Very mean, literally liars! I order a small right my friend too, but she got a bigger size
Whoever is making the coffees here, please make sure to wash your hands thoroughly. There's a strong cologne or perfume scent on the lid, and every time I take a sip, it feels like I'm drinking cologne instead of coffee...
