This Starbucks took over a large portion of the old Ruby’s and is huge inside! Clean, modern and plenty of leg room to enjoy a good cup of Joe or a delicious beverage. Staff was moderately friendly in this location, nothing screaming, hey you’re awesome and I love my job, but that rare in any Starbucks these days. I prefer to take my purchases outside and partake in the beautiful courtyard area near the fountain or take a stroll around the gorgeous mall with my drink. Great location, just a decent walk from one side of the mall to the other if you don’t start on this side. But overall , good spot.

This is a Starbucks store located at Irvine Spectrum. It doesn't seem to be much different from other places. There are quite a lot of people, so it looks cluttered and orders are being taken in two places.

It’s a Starbucks, what do you expect? The drink and food quality is exactly what you expect, and the decor and design is very interesting and very cool. However, they do lose one star because the layout and space isn’t exactly effectively used, and while it doesn’t necessarily have to be, I feel like it’s not great for collaborating or chatting while sitting here, nor is it good for remote work here. The WiFi speeds are fast enough but the seating layout is strange enough that it makes it hard to work with.
It's the people and the spirit of the people that made this place busy,one day they will decide it is enough and really start going somewhere else, big space with great location, poor staff customer service and not keeping up with the number of clients,and adding the carelessness of the end results(taste and quality) will equal the result that most people have specially in the weekend nights.The girl who makes the drinks spells leftovers from old drinks in new cups that are definitely not the same flavor, one cashier leaves 16 customer waiting in line to order and very slowly moves around to do nothing important as nit leaving people waiting.Bathrooms need attention it's just looks like this location does not belong to a franchise,and everyone does what they want.
