Had a great experience here today. I went to a different nearby Starbucks and wasn’t happy with the customer service or quality of my vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew and don’t want to go back a second time. The guy in the drive through was very kind about the issue I had and made me not feel like a burden, even though it wasn’t even their problem in the first place. They were very understanding and kind about it and the drink was exactly what I was wanting and expected it to taste like. I wish I got his name, but thank you for making my experience better!

First, this picture here is not this Starbucks but of the Starbucks at 18100 Culver Dr, Irvine. I think I know what happened: Google Maps is no longer showing a Starbucks at 18100 Culver, so guessing someone at Starbucks just moved the one at 18100 Culver to 15433 Culver- pictures and all. Someone should correct this (An important distinction as the new Starbucks built at 15433 Culver is a drive-through only so the pictures showing a sitting area are misleading)
That said- I'll leave a nice review for the 18100 Culver location where I hang out quite often taking advantage of their espresso machine, internet, and great service all day long. Because I'm there all the time I see the staff is consistently providing great customer service and you can tell they enjoy their work. Unfortunately I don't know anything about the location I'm actually putting this review on (lol), but the location pictured for this location is truly exceptional.

Jake was super kind and went out of his way to ask me how my day was. I definitely appreciated that because it has been a tough day! I doubt you can really train an employee to be thoughtful, but based on his response it felt like he actually wanted to hear my answer instead of it just being a generic greeting. This is the only Starbucks I've seen that has no entryway and is only a drive-thru/walk up window. My order was adjusted a lot but they got all my modifications correct and done fast. Thank you Jake!

Don’t be surprised if you get sick after getting a drink or food from this location. While I was waiting for my order, one of the girls was wiping her runny nose. Her hand washing took less than 5 seconds. Disgusting. When I mentioned that she needs to wash her hands thoroughly for 20 seconds, she was very rude. I’ll never go there again. I don’t want her germs in my drink.

Morning crew got replaced by people who dont understand customer service. They rarely say any greetings and they like to keep themselves busy and ignore customers that are waiting. The crew 3 months earlier were so much more pleasant.

Great Starbucks! A lot of nearby parking and outside seating. The Wi-Fi delivers over 30 Mbps download speed. Wi-Fi still works if you sit outside, within about 20 feet of the store. In summer, the AC can be a little too cold. They rarely run out of items that we want. It opens early at 5 am and closes early at 7:30 pm. They created the Vaquero Chai to honor the 50th anniversary of nearby Irvine High School; Go Vaqueros! They will offer this drink through July 2025.

This is Starbucks at University Park Center in IRVINE. The space is not that big, but there are chairs inside and outside to sit and drink coffee. I recommend it as a great place to go with friends and have a cup of coffee.
