I don’t usually leave reviews, but my family and I had a pretty frustrating experience at this Starbucks today (Saturday, November 29th around 11:29 AM). My sister and I were already in the middle of ordering when the employee at the counter — a guy working at that time — clearly saw us standing there, acknowledged us, and still allowed another customer to walk right in front of us.
We weren’t finished ordering, and we weren’t off to the side. He had already started helping us. Instead of saying anything or asking the other customer to wait, he completely ignored that we were still ordering and took her order first.
It wasn’t aggressive, just extremely dismissive and unprofessional. My family and I ended up leaving because it honestly felt like we weren’t even being acknowledged as customers.
As someone who shares food and drink spots with a pretty large following, it’s disappointing to have an experience like this over something so basic. I’m hoping staff can be more aware and respectful of who is actually in line next time. As we live close in the area, if I see there is no action taken to reprimand the employee I will take matters in my own hands and allow social media to take this location down whether that is in sales or with the store location as a whole.

I have visited here for a couple of times during the last month, and Sally at the front was always servicing us at a great smile with kindly manners. A good rest stop after shopping at the Target.

Trina provided excellent customer service! She was friendly, efficient, and handled everything so well even though she was working alone during a busy rush. Really appreciate her hard work and great attitude!

I ordered caramel macchiato and told them to put light syrup, my coffee came with a lot of syrup that I couldn’t drink it. I asked for a new one. And the second one came with no espresso shot???. That was only milk and cold foam on top. They just forgot the main part!!’ They were not busy at all to be stressed out. I asked for espresso shot and for the third time it made my coffee very bitter to drink!!! Such an awful experience. They need training. Customer’s time is worthy!!!!

I’m writing this as I’m seated here waiting for my coffee for 10mins , and 3 customers walked away since there was no one at the front. Some managers needs to take care of the teens working here and take some responsibility.
Early closing~ no Venti size cup~ Rude barista~ this location need a retreating immediately!Sunday afternoon September 24th. Three baristas talking to each other ignoring customer, no welcome words, when the drink is ready just left it on the counter. For the Barista you should quit if you don’t wanna work.
