I ordered caramel macchiato and told them to put light syrup, my coffee came with a lot of syrup that I couldn’t drink it. I asked for a new one. And the second one came with no espresso shot???. That was only milk and cold foam on top. They just forgot the main part!!’ They were not busy at all to be stressed out. I asked for espresso shot and for the third time it made my coffee very bitter to drink!!! Such an awful experience. They need training. Customer’s time is worthy!!!!

I’m writing this as I’m seated here waiting for my coffee for 10mins , and 3 customers walked away since there was no one at the front. Some managers needs to take care of the teens working here and take some responsibility.

Early closing~ no Venti size cup~ Rude barista~ this location need a retreating immediately!Sunday afternoon September 24th. Three baristas talking to each other ignoring customer, no welcome words, when the drink is ready just left it on the counter. For the Barista you should quit if you don’t wanna work.

Ordered a Mango Dragon Fruit with no water and 3 scoops of dragon fruit. The employee with no name tag said that is extra charge. I said oh I never been charge before she said it started to day. Then she spoke spanish to the other employee named Mary. When I received my drink it had no ice a few peice of dragon fruit and made with water. I asked the employee nameed Mary and she basically said it was mixed with ice. When I asked about the water in it she said it has no water. They were both very rude and very unprofessional. I will not return to this Starbucks again. When I asked for more fruit she rolled her eyes and had to open a new package of the fruit because in the beginning she had used what was at the bottom of the container which was super tiny pieces of fruit but mostly fruit dust. The drink was so disgusting I couldn't even drink it. My daughter ordered a plain lemonade and it was watered-down down also and said it tasted like flavored water. Those two employees are the worst I have ever dealt with.

They struggled to get through last year being understaffed but I'm so glad they're back and working together as a team with smiles on their faces no matter how stressful and busy it gets. Besides a few obvious issues as stated in previous reviews, I think they're thriving! When the service is good, the food and drinks are great and so is the joy in the customers and baristas.

They messed up my order, but I won't blame the barista. She was doing great, but she was alone behind the counter when things got busy, and the customers before and after me were very rude. This message is to the owner of the franchise: hire enough people to deal with the lunch rush, a solo barista having to take and make that many orders in such little time is an easy way to lose baristas.Parking: This Starbucks is located in a Target store. There's a big parking lot, but obviously available spaces are dependent on the time of day.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room for wheelchair users within the dining area and low tables. If you're dining in, you can easily use the tables if you're wheelchair bound.
