After spending thousands of dollars in Starbucks as I can see, this is the first time I experienced a rejection from a request for some water. I don’t know is this a personal rule of the shy boy or is this a particular rule for this store which is odd, because right in the yesterday afternoon I saw there was a empty venti sized water cup on a customer’s desk

Starbucks Northpark in Irvine is a solid go-to spot. The store is always clean and well-kept, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy your drink.
The service is consistently great — the baristas are friendly, efficient, and get the orders right every time.
Perfect for a quick coffee run or a relaxed work session. Highly recommend!

I walked in 15 minutes ago to place a drink order. One employee was making drinks, and a few employees were huddled around the corner that leads to the back of house. They all see me, but nobody acknowledges nor greets me. I’m the only one standing in line. I wait patiently for a couple minutes before leaving. Nobody said hello or that they’d be right with me.
Disappointing basic customer service. Not coming back.

They changed policies about bathroom, coffee, refills, and a few other things that I simply just don’t enjoy. I’ll be stopping by Starbucks as a whole much much less this place used to be one of my favorite go to spots but recently Starbucks has struggled in popularity. I hope they get the boost they need.

A large Starbucks location with plenty of seating outside with shade.
Coffee is served and presented just as any Starbucks you visit. Service was friendly and helpful. This location was quite loud in the morning with plenty of foot traffic. So if you are looking for a quiet spot then you might not find it here. Didn't hear any ambient music you typically have at all locations. Maybe it was a bit loud to hear.
Seems like basic coffee is getting a bit expensive. I paid $3.25 for a small cup of Joe.
At 2:20pm, we ordered 4 drinks and they missed my Match Green Tea Frapp. We waited for 5 mins and asked them what happened to my drink. They missed the drink and told me that I have to wait for other lines to get my Frapp. I asked them clearly “do I have to wait for lines for the drink you missed?” And this lady gave me that weird look and I told her not to give me that look. Then the other male employee said she didn’t give me the look. And he mentioned that she gave me that look because I talked too much. Where is the customer service here? No one apologized me for their mistake. I want to give them zero star if possible.

Today I visited this place with my husband and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and the best coffee I've ever had 😊. The service was top-notch and really made my day! A special thanks to the lovely girl who served me; she even brought my coffee to the table☺️. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name as we were in a hurry. This is my first time writing a review on Google Maps, and I’m happy it’s for such a great experience!
