The staff forgets to give one of the order, then the cake pop was less baked so we brought it back after one bite and she says it comes premade. My son has this frequently and this is the first time for the complaint. The people work here talks a lot amongst themselves and not really attentive. We gave back the one that was all melted and not cooked properly, yet the staff had to give us explanation of that it was “premade“ What does that have to do with this?

The partner who says she is the ASM is not wearing any apron! They touch their hair and face with out washing their hands.
The service was rough, they do not understand the starbucks standard.
The person at the POS did not even know how many pumps go in a beverage.

What makes this coffeehouse such a gem is without a doubt the amazing staff. The service is consistently top notch and their attitude is super friendly and helpful. I've been coming here for over 10 years and I've always found it to be clean, hospitable and drama free; all signs of superb management that pays attention to every little detail. The atmosphere is relaxed and a great place to hang out and meet friends for a cup of coffee or a tasty snack. One of my favorite spots to visit.

This Starbucks has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere with soft music and a clean environment. The staff were very friendly and even helped me choose a drink that matched my taste. After spending thousands of dollars in Starbucks as I can see, this is the first time I experienced a rejection from a request for some water. I don’t know is this a personal rule of the shy boy or is this a particular rule for this store which is odd, because right in the yesterday afternoon I saw there was a empty venti sized water cup on a customer’s desk

I walked in 15 minutes ago to place a drink order. One employee was making drinks, and a few employees were huddled around the corner that leads to the back of house. They all see me, but nobody acknowledges nor greets me. I’m the only one standing in line. I wait patiently for a couple minutes before leaving. Nobody said hello or that they’d be right with me.
Disappointing basic customer service. Not coming back.
