I’ve been to this Starbucks store a few times, but the store experience hasn’t been great.
When it’s busy, the place feels chaotic. Staff put drinks on the counter without clearly saying names—sometimes they whisper, and it’s hard to hear. Customers stand around confused, not sure whose drink is ready. It would help if they used a microphone or just spoke louder.
Last time I ordered a Caramel Macchiato, but it didn’t taste the way it usually does. I hope they improve how they manage orders and create a better experience for customers.

I usually don’t post reviews but this starbucks has been consistently bad. Every time i’ve gotten my drink it has been pretty much undrinkable. The staff are either extremely rude or somewhat nice nowhere inbetween. This is the closest starbucks to my house but I will never be going back. Better just to use the starbucks inside the ralph’s.

The worst and most disgusting Starbucks I have been to. I placed my mobile order, arrived and waited 30 minutes to be given my order. Two of the baristas working were not only rude but raised multiple food safety concerns. The male barista working was wearing the most visibly disgusting apron I have ever seen. He was wiping his hands on it and handling the drinks by their lids where your mouth goes. The store itself was actually sickening, trash everywhere. The female barista working, whose name started with an A, used the sanitation towel meant for the steaming wand to clean the counter. Multiples times she was on her phone on the floor, didn’t wash her hands and proceeded to make drinks. This is just the very tip of the iceberg. Somebody needs to call the health department out there.
