the worse Starbucks I have been to. had 2 people in front of me, 3 in the back. Easy order small Caramel maciatto on ice. waited 23 min for it, all got served the ones in the front of me and the ones in the back with much larger orders than mine. once I finally got it it was disgusting, a pile of ice and milk, must have put a teaspoon of expresso and literally I looked thru the clear glass, and tasted it no caramel. just walked out and threw it into the trash, wasn't going to wait another 20+ minutes to get a proper drink. Total garbage! Waste of time and $.

Not sure what is going on there, but they need to fix it cause it sucks to go there. double check all your items.
They need to change management here it. And a drink should not take 20-30 minutes to make. They purposely add a ton of syrup to your coffee if they don't like you lol how petty.

You guys need to get rid of these clicks that work here. every time I go to a Starbucks. The employees literally make me wait until everyone else gets their drink. Not sure why this behavior is tolerated at starbucks but this needs to be corrected. No one should have to come to a Starbucks and get a drink with 10 pumps of sweetener simply because they don't like you ! wonder if it's because I'm Hispanic hmmm. came today. Had to be stern with them about receiving my drink that they were withholding from even after I had already paid for my drink. They laugh in my face and tried to make it seem like i was in the wrong/angry but i see what they were doing the whole time. Please be aware of this behavior should never ever be tolerated anywhere. They had not made my drink and had to come ask them to make it after 30 mins of waiting and people who were there after me were getting their drink i order one drink.
