I usually don’t post reviews but this starbucks has been consistently bad. Every time i’ve gotten my drink it has been pretty much undrinkable. The staff are either extremely rude or somewhat nice nowhere inbetween. This is the closest starbucks to my house but I will never be going back. Better just to use the starbucks inside the ralph’s.

The worst and most disgusting Starbucks I have been to. I placed my mobile order, arrived and waited 30 minutes to be given my order. Two of the baristas working were not only rude but raised multiple food safety concerns. The male barista working was wearing the most visibly disgusting apron I have ever seen. He was wiping his hands on it and handling the drinks by their lids where your mouth goes. The store itself was actually sickening, trash everywhere. The female barista working, whose name started with an A, used the sanitation towel meant for the steaming wand to clean the counter. Multiples times she was on her phone on the floor, didn’t wash her hands and proceeded to make drinks. This is just the very tip of the iceberg. Somebody needs to call the health department out there.

This location gets very busy. They need to staff up any part timers for the early and late afternoon shifts. My drink order was only made 20 minutes after I was told to pick it up.

Starbucks has been really disappointing lately. Despite this, I still return to the chain every once in a while. A couple days ago I went to this Irvine location and was left incredibly disgusted. I ordered my drink and waited along with the rest of the customers. I noticed that with the recent changes, long wait times are not uncommon. Despite this, I do not complain or ask for my drink to be expedited. As soon my drink is called, a male employee is at the pick up area distributing the drinks. This male employee has really dirty looking pants and constantly touches his face/hair. My biggest complaint is that he insists on distributing the drinks by grabbing them by the top of the raised lid area where you sip the drink from. I understand we all have our off days, but I have watched this happen at many stores. I understand some germs are needed to create a strong immune system, but this is just too much. Starbucks cannot guarantee that someone did not sneeze, cough, not wash their hands after using the restroom, etc. and then proceed to expose multiple people to these pathogens. This type of exposure just seems so unnecessary. Please do better and train to grab the drinks by the side of the cup. Plus my drink tasted so bland. It almost seemed watered down. Thank you
One of the worst locations….the egg bites are always undercooked-every single time. When ordering food and drink, there’s a huge wait time while piles of food bags stack up because they are not put on the counter with the drink. Inevitably I have to go to the food prep person and ask for my food after my drink has been sitting there for 5 minutes. Frustrating… It would be really helpful if the staff could tell people to move back from the pickup counter while they wait. I just had to navigate through about 10 people and two dogs just crowding the counter while the staff called out ready orders.

the worse Starbucks I have been to. had 2 people in front of me, 3 in the back. Easy order small Caramel maciatto on ice. waited 23 min for it, all got served the ones in the front of me and the ones in the back with much larger orders than mine. once I finally got it it was disgusting, a pile of ice and milk, must have put a teaspoon of expresso and literally I looked thru the clear glass, and tasted it no caramel. just walked out and threw it into the trash, wasn't going to wait another 20+ minutes to get a proper drink. Total garbage! Waste of time and $.
