I like to stay here after school with my friends. There are many tables here for us to do our homework. And there is a restroom inside which is very convenient. My favorite drink is the hot matcha. I have to praise the good service they offer. Once I get a hot matcha lack of flavor. They remade a new one for me instantly for me. I am touched by their sincere attitude.

I buy nitro cold brew almost everyday and I have been coming to this location very often and due to the speed of service is extremely slow, i always order about 10-15 mins ahead of time and yet everytime when i arrived the drinks never ready even during not a busy time, the staff at this location is not service oriented friendly and instead of taking care of the orders, they all stand there chat and jokes, every experience there has been very dissatisfied, please go to Jeffrey location, the staff at the Jeffrey location is super on time with the drinks.

Unfortunately I will need to find a different store to stop at even though this one is close to my work. Today I had to cancel my food order for the second time in four days. Not sure if the order was lost or the staff was looking for vindication for my attitude on Saturday. On Saturday there were 12 patrons waiting on mobile orders when two men in uniform came in. The cashier/food warmer took their order, immediately put their food to warm and poured their coffees. I watched her personally come from around the counter and hand deliver their order. They came in after and left before the twelve or so of us at the mobile counter, most of us waiting on food. I mentioned this to the cashier while canceling the food portion of my order and told her that next time maybe I should wear a uniform to receive quality service.

I’ve been to this Starbucks store a few times, but the store experience hasn’t been great.
When it’s busy, the place feels chaotic. Staff put drinks on the counter without clearly saying names—sometimes they whisper, and it’s hard to hear. Customers stand around confused, not sure whose drink is ready. It would help if they used a microphone or just spoke louder.
Last time I ordered a Caramel Macchiato, but it didn’t taste the way it usually does. I hope they improve how they manage orders and create a better experience for customers.

I usually don’t post reviews but this starbucks has been consistently bad. Every time i’ve gotten my drink it has been pretty much undrinkable. The staff are either extremely rude or somewhat nice nowhere inbetween. This is the closest starbucks to my house but I will never be going back. Better just to use the starbucks inside the ralph’s.
