The store is consistently busy, yet the associates are always friendly. Especially on Red Cup Day, I was pleasantly surprised; despite the numerous orders and customers, the associates remained amiable and appeared happy.
Very busy Starbucks on a Saturday morning. More outdoor seating than indoor. There's a bar against the window with a couple of outlets at the end (as opposed to unset the table/bar). Good iced coffee (not always true at all Starbucks). Good vibe inside although not relaxing.

When it’s busy, the place feels chaotic. Staff put drinks on the counter without clearly saying names—sometimes they whisper, and it’s hard to hear. Customers stand around confused, not sure whose drink is ready. It would help if they used a microphone or just spoke louder.
