I like to stay here after school with my friends. There are many tables here for us to do our homework. And there is a restroom inside which is very convenient. My favorite drink is the hot matcha. I have to praise the good service they offer. Once I get a hot matcha lack of flavor. They remade a new one for me instantly for me. I am touched by their sincere attitude.

When it’s busy, the place feels chaotic. Staff put drinks on the counter without clearly saying names—sometimes they whisper, and it’s hard to hear. Customers stand around confused, not sure whose drink is ready. It would help if they used a microphone or just spoke louder.

The store is consistently busy, yet the associates are always friendly. Especially on Red Cup Day, I was pleasantly surprised; despite the numerous orders and customers, the associates remained amiable and appeared happy.
