I ordered the new drink, Tropical. First, the lady made a mistake and brought me something else. When I pointed out that I had ordered the Tropical, they looked at me as if I had made a mistake. By the way, the Tropical tastes awful – it tastes like sparkling water and sugar!
Maybe it's because the barista's style is different at each store, but the Iced Gingerbread OatmilkChai here was made really half-heartedly.
The store is well maintained and has a nice atmosphere, but this leaves a lot to be desired. It's a waste of money~

This particular location is hit or miss.The staff is nice, but maybe too nice. Chatting with coworkers when people are trying to ask for straws (that sort of thing)They make some of my drinks really foamy and sometimes I feel ripped off by the fill amount.And sometimes it's great ??Just depends
