I want to give major props to this starbucks and all it's members! Rob, Your and all the staff had the greatest vibe! My home starbucks is in HB and as much as I love them if I lived closer this would be my home starbies! They have the best attitude and are great!
I ordered the new drink, Tropical. First, the lady made a mistake and brought me something else. When I pointed out that I had ordered the Tropical, they looked at me as if I had made a mistake. By the way, the Tropical tastes awful – it tastes like sparkling water and sugar!
Maybe it's because the barista's style is different at each store, but the Iced Gingerbread OatmilkChai here was made really half-heartedly.
The store is well maintained and has a nice atmosphere, but this leaves a lot to be desired. It's a waste of money~
