I am a regular Starbucks customer. I ve used Starbucks since 2016 every other day. I stopped by that location to get some coffee, and they didn't have Pike place, due to machine was on cleaning cycle. So I asked them just water, and they refused to give me one without purchasing items mentioned this is a new starbucks policy, and her behavior was rude. Unfortunately i dont drink Americano. Finally I tried to discussed about that issue and she told that I could leave she didn't care about customer service.

I'm always purchase my coffee here and also it's against Sturbucks policy. I got one from another Starbucks for free without purchase anything.

This is a Starbucks located within the complex of The Village at Spectrum. It's located in front of the leasing office in the complex and is centrally located, so it's easy to access and the atmosphere is especially nice in the evening. The coffee tasted good and the latte was good too. You can also get a glass of water for free. There are quite a few spaces outside where you can sit comfortably and chat.

This is a good starbucks with nice staff. However, the music is always too loud there. It feels like a club lol and when I asked them to lower it down they staff said "the volume is not adjustable." I have never been in another Starbucks or any other cafe with such loud music. I hope they can fix this.
