They are always super friendly. I stopped going to the Starbucks in Woodbury shopping center because their service is much better and more welcoming.

Went in to purchase a coffee. I watched a person walk in and not buy anything ask to use restroom, get let in no problem but WHEN I asked to use restroom I'm told that it's not working for employees only. The way Micha treated me really hurt. Made me feel like I was trash because I was dirty from getting up at 3 am and working on the wild fire homes in Los Angeles. I had just got off work had meetings to go to and really wanted my starbucks pick me up. I GO TO STARBUCKS daily.... we'll after being treated so badly I can honestly say I am officially never giving my business to that company again. Again very hurt by the treatment Micha and fellow staff showed me.

The lady refuse to let me use the restroom even I ordered 3 drinks, and the other lady refuse to give me straws for my frappuccino. Been to many starbucks, this is the only one have so many weirdos working here.
Poor service on Sunday morning. They were very busy talking to each other and it took some time for 1 of 3 staff finally come to take my order.

I never got a survey for one particular visit a few months ago. A barista named Sam overheard me talking to the barista taking my order, and I was asking about sweetness adjustments to a drink. She proactively broke down the ingredients of my drink and suggested modifications I had no idea about. The drink turned out so deliciously!! Thanks, Sam, for going above and beyond!

You guys need to get rid of these clicks that work here. every time I come to a Starbucks. The employees literally make me wait until everyone else gets their drink. Not sure why this behavior is tolerated at star bucks but this needs to be corrected.
