I never got a survey for one particular visit a few months ago. A barista named Sam overheard me talking to the barista taking my order, and I was asking about sweetness adjustments to a drink. She proactively broke down the ingredients of my drink and suggested modifications I had no idea about. The drink turned out so deliciously!! Thanks, Sam, for going above and beyond!
Chestnut latte is tasty. Came out within 2 minutes. The workers there are mainly Gen Z college students who seem to care about servicing quickly but at the cost of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, which is what Starbucks is known for. If you will be expecting a friendly and inviting time here, you will likely be disappointed. But if you don't let that bother you, then their drinks are served hot and fast.
I just wanted to give a shout out to a shift manager that served me around 12:30. I went in because my mug that I got as a present a week ago broke this morning when I put my hot coffee in the mug. It was one of those clear top mugs (I don’t recommend them). Anyways. She was super nice and took good care of me. Her attitude and tone of voice was pleasant and it just made my day! She let me choose a mug of my choice and even gave me free coffee. I didn’t catch her name because...
