Every morning I am taking coffee from here. Outside is really cool. I like their designs. Full glass is adding more value to this place.

Super slow service and my Frappuccino was not blended. I wish I had taken my first drink before leaving the window because it was undrinkable.

I had ordered a sugar cookie latte and had been met with a boiled cardboard flavor. I am extremely confused as to how this happened as I have had this drink before and it tasted fine. I also ordered a triple shot espresso which tasted as if it only had one.

Drove up from San diego to get a coffee.I asked for 7pumps xtra hot venti .I picked up my drink only to find out no 7 pumps.I asked her if there were 7 pumps she said yes.Why can't Starbucks employees just do as the customers wants.Im paying for a drink to be made correctly. Almost 7.00 for my coffee.So The male employee had to make my drink over.What a waste do it right the first time and your district manager wouldn't have to answer to her boss.

The worst service ever! The people work here are so rude and angry to all customers. They need a better training or simply don't work in a coffee shop. STOP running people's day because you are so miserable!
