Most of the time when I go to starbucks I always left with right order but a wrong name no big deal but wrong order last 4 time I went was so disappointing to me in this location and I ordered 1 thing matcha latte with caramel drizzle 1st they got the size wrong I asked for a correct size I asked for large they gave me medium then i received the second one that was requested and i received milk and matcha and didn’t realized after I left and took a sip i realized they didn’t put my caramel and ice got tired of switching again and too late to switch again because I already left the location most of the time Starbucks is fine but recently they are getting my order leaving disappointed ☹️ .

I recently visited the Starbucks at and Culver, and I had such a great experience. The staff were super friendly and the customer service was truly amazing. There was no wait time at all, and everything was just smooth and welcoming. Definitely recommend this location!

Went inside to order at the register and there was a white lady looking at the ipad in front of the register and I said hello to greet her, she ignored me and didn’t think to tell me that someone will help me so I just awkwardly stood there. Another lady, noticed and said she would help me at the other register while the other completey ignored me and left after a bit. The other lady took my order and gave me attitude look when I wanted to make sure I got the right thing and it felt rushed. Then when I got my drink and a cup of ice, I could tell my drink was completely full of ice when usually it’s not. I’m fine with regular ice and not getting less ice but they made sure to pack it full. They left the drinks there and did not give a straw and walked away so I didn’t care to try and ask these rude workers for one. This was july 21 at 12:30 pm. Check your attitude and pay attention to customers.. I am a barista myself and this type of service should not be taken lightly by management if you want customers to walk out without feeling insulted.

Refused to let me use the restroom until I made a purchase. Just got done with a 2 hour drive, wanted coffee but wanted to use the restroom first. Barista was rude about it so went to the other Starbucks on Alton.
