This is pretty much as good as one may expect a college Starbucks to be. I go here almost everyday and have never had a bad experience. Quite often there are new employees being trained so don’t associate the people behind the counter to the wait time. And since everyone is so concerned of the high ice to drink ratio—just ask for light ice.

I just bought a tall matcha iced matcha latte in a grande, and barista legit fills up my whole cup with ice and only half my cup was liquid. Finished it in three sips. I can't believe I just spend $5 on a 4 oz drink. When I asked if it was supposed to be that much ice, they told me that it was pre-portioned that way.

I asked for no whip and then they mixed the whip in the drink so I couldn't even remove it myself, and the drink was very watery. So I was stuck with a very watery and foam top drink.

Starbucks! What can I say. There is no other company can beat them! The Mocha Frappuccino is a beast, love it all the time.
