Too slow. Three baristas. Only one making the order. And just talking to each other rather than making the order. Had two cups in my order. They only made one and had to remind they had make another. Don't get your daily dose of Starbucks at this location.

Customer service at this location is horrible. The staff was neither welcoming or warm. My husband and I placed our order ahead of time because we are staying at this hotel. We went to the “order ahead pickup counter” to pick up. We were standing there waiting and no one acknowledged us. One girl was warming up baked goods while the other one was standing next to her talking to her. After about 5 minutes of us standing there we finally realized that there is another pick up counter around the corner. No one told us and we wondered why staff was standing around. When we realized our drinks and food was on the other side, we went there and our food was mixed in with other customer’s food and our drinks were on the other side of the counter. Our order was all over the place. They also ran out of one of the baked goods we ordered and just took it upon themselves to replace it with something else. For such a nice hotel, this Starbucks is not up to par. No welcome, no apologies, no smiles. Just rude and clueless people. I wish I could give zero stars.

Horrible horrible horrible service this morning. I go there almost every day and it seems like the short lady making the drinks has a disgusting attitude very rude never smiles. If she doesn't like her job she should quit. The one cooking the food is the same way I said good morning she didn't even acknowledge me this morning very rude. The gentleman at the register always very nice Definitely appreciative of him same with the manager she's very polite and she greets everyone. This is why there's a lot of issues all across the world people with bad attitudes we should learn to treat humans kind and respectful towards each other.

Essentially useless Marriott lobby Starbucks unless you are staying or having a meeting here.

This Starbucks is really for Marriott guests to grab a coffee to go in the morning. They are not open in the afternoon. If you are in the hotel for a conference or a meeting and want to grab a cup of joe, you will be disappointed! I'm also not exactly sure if it's run by Marriott's own staff but they really lack product knowledge. I once asked for a flat white and I got a look like, what now?! The staff agreed to make a latte instead. What an inconvenience for her!

Closes at 10.30-11am daily, don’t sell nitro cold brew, have been out of cold brew for a while (more than a week) and today was out of our milk as well..

I do like the level of customization I can get. But lately they have been out of stock on the app for things they have or the app is not functional for pickup. They say call but no one answers. #spoiled. Lol.

Just walking around not know the area and I started knoticing how nice the homes are in OC I'm traveling from San Diego looking for a new place to call home but unfortunately the people aren't very welcoming and also I like to do thing because they were my choice.
