I ordered a small cappuccino for 4.75
1) instead of 75% of the glass, I was poured less than 50% with foam
2) there is no coffee in coffee at all, it feels like the beans were used for the second or third time
3) in fact, I bought 70 milliliters of milk
4) they hide sugar and don’t offer it, apparently they are very poor, because they just feel sorry for sugar.
I don’t recommend ordering coffee here, because you’re unlikely to get coffee, but you’ll get half a glass of milk. And it’s not the foam yet :( They will answer that they are sorry for other nonsense, but they don’t care and it’s just words. They will offer you to contact them, but you can’t copy Google review. They’re just deceivers, simple deceivers.

Starbucks is always good. Th3 prices went up so that sucks. They should fill up the coffee all the way to the top since we pay more than a gallon of gas.

Em is a fantastic barista! She is so patient and helped me use the app even though it was late in the day, she had other clients, and the app doesn't work perfectly with their system (unlike other Starbucks this one is license through Ralphs.)
Wheelchair accessibility: I am on a cane, but this Starbucks is in a Ralphs grocery store so very accessible.

The Starbucks located inside this store is very inconsistent. I’ve been here a few times and was able to use the offers the Starbucks app has available. Today I was told that this location does not redeem offers advertise on the app. I wasted my time and gas driving to this location.

8:00am, 5/29/24 - no attendees available for a couple of minutes. Ordered a Grande Hot Almond Milk Latte. Don't know what she even put in it - but it was very sweet and no coffee flavor. $6.95 later, happy I forgot to tip. Will never go back to this place again. Sorry ladies, you're nice but your recipe need more practice!

Horrible customer service today! 1. She kept ignoring she had a line 2. She was annoyed of even speaking and making the drinks to the customers 3. They tasted so bitter and nasty never had that issue no where else before & 4 she wasn’t letting me customize my drink because according to her it was already to much coffee in it. my drinks weren’t even BLENDED everything was on the bottom sitting.

Extremely rude baristas & cannot get an order right. My drink was made wrong so I nicely let them know my drink wasn’t made correct. As a Starbucks employee I know how it’s supposed to taste and this was not correct. Barista proceeds to insist it was made correctly when the drink didn’t even look correct. I had to argue with the barista over the drink until what seems like the supervisor or manager took over, and even they proceed to be rude to me. Then the drink still did not taste correct after either. Really sad Starbucks experience as a fellow Starbucks employee.
