Employee here are actually not trained good job Ralph's. Waited 30 min when I was first in line great system going here. Also want to add after the 30 min they made the drink wrong.

0 stars for this one. The girl that was there this evening didn't bother measuring 2 of our drinks. We get home and noticed both drinks we ordered were under 3/4 of the way filled. "Tall" sizes. Apparently today she decided to close early so we couldn't go back to get a refund. Location is supposed to close at 9 pm and she put a sign re closing early around 6. Our 3rd drink had no flavor at all. I asked about the free hot coco rewards, she quickly responds "I'm not doing that here." Okay, I didn't know she owned that place....If you don't like where you work then find a new job.

Made a pick up order. Was not ready when I went there to pick it up even though the app told me it was ready. They said "they will make it right now". Then I waited for 20 minutes wasting my lunch time standing right in front of them only for them to tell me "they forgot". Ridiculous.

Emilee was very friendly and made my group laugh. Im not sure if she is the store manager but if she isn't Starbucks don't let a great employee pass you by. Drinks were delicious as well.

Emilee the barista today was extremely kind & had the best customer service! People like her make the world a better place! Keep being amazing! oh and the Starbucks was really good lol I tried the new apple crisp macchiato and it tastes exactly how it sounds!

Horrible customer service today! 1. She kept ignoring she had a line 2. She was annoyed of even speaking and making the drinks to the customers 3. They tasted so bitter and nasty never had that issue no where else before & 4 she wasn’t letting me customize my drink because according to her it was already to much coffee in it. my drinks weren’t even BLENDED everything was on the bottom sitting.

Extremely rude baristas & cannot get an order right. My drink was made wrong so I nicely let them know my drink wasn’t made correct. As a Starbucks employee I know how it’s supposed to taste and this was not correct. Barista proceeds to insist it was made correctly when the drink didn’t even look correct. I had to argue with the barista over the drink until what seems like the supervisor or manager took over, and even they proceed to be rude to me. Then the drink still did not taste correct after either. Really sad Starbucks experience as a fellow Starbucks employee.
