I went to pikc up an online order and when I went into the store , the line was too and customers where every where… but one of the baristas blonde short hair tall :) she acknowledged me and made an eye contact while the whole place was busy.. asked what is my order and what is missing ! I wanted to share that… Thank you :)

This has got to be the Starbucks with worst trained staff. The so called barista - a short white girl - rudely refused to correct a wrong order which was a mistake on the part of the cafe. Management needs to remind the staff who pays their salary ...I would go out of my way to about this Starbucks 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I am a Daily Starbucks customer I enter this location ask to use the restroom and the employee ask me; “ did you made a purchase at this location today”? I said , no. I’ve had bought coffee earlier at another location I’m pulling up bc I came from A long drive I work near by this location and a came here all the time but he denied to let me go in the restroom! I said there I spend so much money on Starbucks every month! And he simply said there’s s new policy from our manager(PATRICK). I insist by saying there I really need to use the restroom even showing him my app on my phone with my Starbucks account! He still had no empathy and didn’t want to give me the code. So disrespectful with a customer that spends so much money with drinks and food, me and my family have probably spend thousands every year on Starbucks! And they treat you like this! The MANAGER PATRICK, gotta understand better how to diminish conflicts for the good of the company not increase!

The day staff today ( on 04/25/2024 ) were so sweet and helpful and went above and beyond for me I lost my faith in a tasty drink @ Starbucks a long time ago (but I’m on a trip and this is the nearest coffee to me) the girls working restored my faith ! lol thank you to them
