Visited Starbucks recently and was genuinely impressed with their outstanding guest service. The staff were attentive and ensured that every need was met with a smile. While the interior could use a bit of sprucing up and a touch more cleanliness, the overall ambiance was welcoming and cozy. Definitely a place I'd recommend for a delightful coffee experience!

Great customer service, the people working there are always very sweet and move the line pretty quickly. Drinks are always spot on for me, and in the unique instance which it wasn't, without hesitation the barista offered to remake it for me. Have been a frequent customer for a while and have always had a great experience.

Adrianne sold me a deformed cake pop and when I pulled it out of the bag to show to her asking for a replacement, she said let me ask my supervisor. Ok, no problem. Supervisor Andy came out smiling in my face saying well we can’t sell this one again , so I can’t give you another one. Andy’s solution was for me to 1. Buy another one or 2. Come back tomorrow to speak to another manager. All while saying this to me he was smiling and laughing. WOW! Excellent customer service skills young man with no regard for customer satisfaction or respect for customer time. On top of that, Adrianne walked away rolling her eyes at me not even wanting to hear me out when I was showing her the deformed cake pop and pointing out that the rest of them were normal when she was trying to tell me all of them look like that . Very weird and disrespectful behavior from these two. Every other cake pop was normal looking, it was a simple fix. Not sure why they disregarded quality control and respect for customers. He and the rest are severely lacking customer service skills that Starbucks is known for. At this point I asked for the number for someone above him, Shelly. I would like to hear if this is how customers are supposed to be treated and when this became their policy. Is that how they treat their customers when we are dissatisfied with the quality of product??? Is this the reputation they want to be known for? This is not the STARBUCKS I and the rest know!

This is possibly the worst Starbucks ever. I have had an awful experience here because of the woman supervisor. She refused to add a bit of milk to my coffee. She was as mean and tight as a person can be. Forget customer service in this location. I will never ever again buy coffee at this Starbucks.
Why the girls have to be mean? Giving 2 starts for the attitude of those girls working there. If you guys don’t like to work there just go find another job. Why do you have to ruin someone’s day while someone is getting a coffee for a good day?

amazing! I got the wrong drink by accident and I got for free! everyrone was so kind there. thank you Starbucks people! the drinks was amazing and delicous, I love treating my cousins to drinks cause they love them.

Never expect a full cup of this insanely expensive coffee. I have placed so many orders, and am disappointed every single time. If you order anything from this store that has whipped cream, just know you will only be getting half of cup of coffee and the other half whip cream. This picture was taken after I picked up my mobile order. My cup felt extremely light. I popped off the lid and it was full of whip cream. I stirred it so that the whip cream melted and I was finally able to see the little bit of coffee I paid for, $5.75 for this. I will not be spending another dollar for this over priced coffee.
