Sometimes you are Hungary. You just ate and you still Hungary. You can go Star Bucks drink some coffee drink some tea and feel better. Get some of more cookies cakes and Star Bucks.

Even though I go to Starbucks too often, I am now weaning myself away from this company due to terrible customer service. There must be no employee training on how to interact with customers because most employees don't even want to make eye contact and then they act as though you are bothering them when you place an order. This particular location may or may not be guilty as I cannot remember everyone that I go to but the majority of them have an arrogant and rude attitude toward customers that is counterproductive. The last Starbucks I went to showed that they opened at 4:00 a.m. on Google search. When I tried to open the door at 3:00 a.m. there were three employees staring at me like they wanted to shoot me. With hand signals I determined that they opened at 4:30 a.m. but I wondered why would I even wait around when there are three employees there ready to be nasty when I walk in. I did wait around as I urgently needed to access electricity for my laptop but I made a mistake because one of the blonde employees around age 50 stalk around the restroom jerking on furniture like she on the place and wearing a scale that said if you talk to me I will probably slap you. She may be going through something personal but we all are going through something personal. When Starbucks goes out of business it won't be because of lack of traffic but like of professionalism on the part of employees probably due to no training. If there is training then there certainly is no accountability for how employees respond to that training and why do you take orders at one end of the counter and fill them at the other end of the counter and not let a customer know while he is sitting at the table while his coffee is getting cold. The rapid growth of Starbucks across the planet has evidently led the c-suite to believe that they can do no wrong. But now the times are changing and customers are going elsewhere in hopes of finding some courteous employees and a better system. I have found mine at Denny's even though it costs a little bit extra.

Completely rude and unpleasant. Cold and eye rolling. I bought a coffee to go from the app went in and decided to use the restroom before leaving. I asked her for the code she paused and coldly looked at me before giving me the code then rolled her eyes. she needs to be retrained or talked to about her attitude. She did this in front of what appears to be her supervisor so clearly this is a problem that is allowed by management. I went in to use the restroom after she hesitantly gave me the code and it’s not even clean!!. No toilet paper and no seat covers.
Based on recent reviews this is an ongoing problem. I get restrooms are customer only but I was a paying customer in this situation.

Hello everyone I have very bad experience with this star bucks location. Yesterday I went to there store I ask cashier can I use restroom, she was so rude ask me buy coffee first then use restroom. I was so upset with her behavior people spending lot of money in star bucks every day. I highly recommend please avoid going this location, I give them minus 0 stars will never go back this location. I hope after my review star bucks management take action they depend on customers if they keep making customers unhappy very soon people start boycott star bucks.

Dear [Store Manager / Customer Service],
I would like to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had at Starbucks branch, which I have been visiting regularly for a long time.
Upon entering the store, I decided to use the restroom before ordering my drink, as I didn’t want it to get cold while I was away. However, the host approached me with an angry and unprofessional attitude and asked, “Did you make a purchase first?”
This was very shocking and embarrassing, especially being asked such a question in front of other customers while I was dressed formally in a suit. I have always been a loyal and respectful customer, and I did not expect to be treated in such a discourteous way.
I hope you take this matter seriously and address it with the staff to ensure other customers don’t experience similar treatment in the future.

I have been to countless Starbucks locations over the years, but I’ve *never* encountered such unprofessional and hostile treatment as I did this past weekend.
On Sunday, between 1-2 PM, I visited this location with my children and a family friend. We ordered drinks and politely requested an extra cup and lid to share, as one of the drinks had chunky ingredients requiring a wide straw. The barista handed us a small-opening lid that clearly didn’t fit, so I kindly asked for a wide-opening lid instead.
What happened next was appalling.
Instead of simply disposing of the lid, the barista *angrily threw it into the trash* — a clear act of frustration and disrespect. I was shocked but chose to overlook it at first. However, while we were seated inside (and we were the only customers in the store at the time), she continued to glare at us, shaking her head and whispering to another barista while looking in our direction.
We tried to ignore her behavior, but it didn’t stop.
Eventually, we decided to leave the store. My husband, clearly disturbed by her continued attitude, went back in to ask her name and why she had acted that way. Instead of answering, she told him *he was making her feel threatened* and demanded that he leave the store. She even threatened to call the police — over simply being asked about her unprofessional conduct.
And yes, she actually did call the police. Even the officers seemed baffled by the situation when they arrived.
We’ve already reported this incident to Starbucks corporate and requested that they review the store’s security footage — because everything we experienced can be clearly confirmed.
This location was completely out of line. If this is the level of service Starbucks allows in its stores, especially on a weekend with families and children, something is very wrong. We felt disrespected, humiliated, and unwelcome — all because we asked for a lid.
**Avoid this location at all costs. The barista’s behavior was not only rude but completely unacceptable for any customer-facing role.

The team members at this store are on the ball and so helpful and fun! I enjoy starting my day here when I get the opportunity. The sweet cream nitro cold brew is my jam. It's semisweet and strong!

Came here earlier today trying to get my $100 bill for some change.
However the staff told me that there is not enough cash at the register, and she could not change it for me. I went back to the store and overheard that staff whispered to another staff saying that this guy tried to get some change for $100 bill. This made me feel unwelcomed and discriminated.
I understand that it is not a bank but what if I ordered a cup of coffee with my $100 bill. Not sure how this place is running its business. But I had to say that not the best.
Even my work is right close by this location, but I would never come back to this location again.
