I've been coming to this place since I first moved to Irvine 12 years ago! The food has always been excellent, and the service is decent. But lately, they've been playing heavy metal music during lunch—come on, guys! This is a casual dining spot. I don't want to hear AC/DC while eating lunch! If you're aiming for an American vibe, try some good country music—something that complements a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.

My husband and I came here for the first time around 530pm on a Tuesday. I hadn't realized it was a casual, order at the front type deal (which wasn't a big deal, just didn't know). I ordered the pulled pork and mashed potatoes which was pretty good! My husband got the tri tip and ...? I don't remember. But nothing was bad! We spent about $45ish for two meals and two fountain drinks. This is a little hidden gem in Irvine!

First time dining at Stonefire Grill as a family, and it was quite nice. We tried the stimulus package meal as it gave a nice variety for our family of 4 from which to select. We ordered the lemon garlic chicken, two topping pizza, Caesar salad, and it came with 8 breadsticks. Everyone was satiated and loved each item, especially the lemon garlic chicken. We'll definitely be sure to pay another visit soon and try their tri-tip and pasta. A very nice place for fast/fresh dinner options for families.
Kid-friendliness: Many families dining in with children of all ages.
Food is good, not "great." Wedge salad is always fresh and easy. Lunch special during the week is a good value. Cafeteria style dining. You order, pay, then sit down. They bring the food out to you. You pick up your own utensils and beverages. Somewhat self-serve. Not inexpensive. They do honor veterans, firefighters, and law enforcement with half priced entrees, which is excellent and noteworthy. I support any restaurant that supports our heroes.
Kid-friendliness: Their mac'n cheese is excellent for kids.

We decided on Stonefire Grill to cater a small house party and it was a huge success! Everyone loved the food and it came in large trays we were able to just keep in the oven until it was time to serve. And it was a great deal for the amount of food we got! Would highly recommend for future parties!

I guess the manager seen me as less important then the other customers cause he would attend to customers right away that walked to the front desk, but i was sitting there for 20 minutes and walked to the counter ask about the estimated time for my order but he would walk right past me and wouldn’t make eye contact until one of the employees answered my question which apparently they couldn’t find my ticket so he didn’t know how long it would take for my order to be ready. This is my first time trying this place and my last time since my business here isn’t welcome and since i was disrespected by the manager.

I cannot speak highly enough about my extraordinary experience at Stonefire Grill—and while the food was delicious, it was the phenomenal staff that truly made the evening unforgettable. Although my order was initially incorrect, one young man immediately stepped in, fixing everything with such kindness and efficiency that I was blown away. The young gentlemen who delivered our meals were incredibly friendly, while a lovely young lady, noticing me taking pictures, kindly offered to snap a photo of us. Her thoughtfulness was touching.
Later, I realized I had left my wallet, which I desperately needed to check into my hotel. It was well after closing when I called, yet a young man still answered the phone. Amazingly, the manager offered to stay an additional 20 minutes just so I could retrieve it. When I arrived, the same sweet young lady who had offered to take our photo earlier greeted me at my car with a radiant smile. She wouldn’t even accept a tip for her kindness!
Her warmth, dedication, and genuine care for customers made this experience exceptional. This level of hospitality and thoughtfulness is what makes a place truly special.

The food was perfectly prepared, and absolutely delicious! Everything was prepared and ready as discussed and planned. Everything was a success with our guests. Everyone got to eat what they loved, along with the other meats and appetizers we served, so the variety satisfied everyone’s taste.
Not having ever ordered from your restaurant for a party, and having run out of time - because of travel plan changes - you rescued our impromptu celebration. GREAT JOB!! YOU ARE THE BEST! Grate service, fabulous quality and everyone was friendly and oh soooo helpful ❤️?????

I've not been in a year because I moved away however this experience was extremely disappointing with the food. Service was great. Food was NOT good. It was very dry. We ordered a ton of food since there were several of us. All but the salmon was not good. I won't be coming back unfortunately.
