Subway sandwich was very bland. Service was poor. No greeting from manager. She was too busy counting her money. Checkout service was rude but they expect you to tip after paying for an overpriced sandwich.

The manager here is terrible with customer service. I had went in on August 13, and had ordered just a regular black forest ham 6 inch sub the manager charged me 10.99 when a 6 inch is only six dollars. She had charged me for a foot-long when I clearly had gotten a 6 inch. the next day I order an actual foot-long the same thing I got the day before, and they charged me 10.99. Which is when I realized she had overcharged me. I was Never handed a receipt either.

If I could give 0 stars for this location I would. I work across the way in the Spectrum. I went to go refill a drink that I had bought that day, the owner/ manager whoever this lady thinks she is told me that refills are not free and I cannot be refilling my drink that I had bought that day. (I even kept the receipt to show this woman). She's an absolute pill of a person and does not care about her business. Clearly when they don't even have water cups for customers who bought a sandwich. Do not go to this Subway it's the worst "restaurant" I've ever been to. Do not support it unless you want a horrible experience and love bad food with an even worse attitude. Spend the extra 3 dollars and go literally anywhere else in the Spectrum.

The old Mexican man is super rude! Someone just punch him in the face, please..ugh.I said Hi! Can I get The Mexicali, please? And he was like "huh?" in a really mean tone so I said "El Mexicali!?" I was already mad and we both stared at each other and then he kept being rude to me. I hate that place now.

I don't know the person helped me today was the manager or someone else ( because she said I'm not buying water cups for my supplies) , was so rude and for everything she wanted to put into my sandwich I had to ask her can you put more , like she put 5 olives in a foot long sandwich!! And I asked for water cup she said we don't have water cups here! You can purchase drink!!
