Today however they decided to toast my sandwich without me asking them to and quickly ushered me a long pay without me being able to correct them. The sandwich was still good but I would have preferred it not toasted.

I came in with a coupon for a foot long sub for $5.99. The coupon excludes the Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Bread subs and signature wraps. I ordered a brisket sandwich which is neither of those listed and when I reached the cash register, the employee said he couldn't accept the coupon. The employee then asks Marco* who I assume is the owner or manager, not the most welcoming guy IMHO, if he can honor it. Marco replies no saying it's too special. Basically too special of a sandwich to sell at the coupon price. What he is telling me is not printed on the coupon therefore it should be valid, or in the least he should have accepted the coupon as a one time courtesy. So after being denied, I told Marco I needed another sub then, he says okay in an apathetic manner ands walks away. No one tried to help me afterwards even though I was trying to address them. At this point there's like 7-8 people in line and there's no way in hell I'm getting back in line. Frustrated, I ended up leaving a moment later. Skip this location. Poor customer service, horrible parking lot, even lousier manager / owner and they skimp on the portions. I don't leave bad reviews for no reason. Marco, you should have taken the few dollars hit, now your 3 star mediocre rating on YELP is further exemplified. Have a great day sir.

Subway Pros: 1: I think the attitude of waiters is really good. First time I went there to have lunch, I couldn't speak English fluently and I was a little bit nervous. But the waiter just waited for me patiently and he helped me order what I wanted. 2: The food material is truly fresh. The tomatoes are juicy and the cucumbers are crisp. Either beef or chicken is delicious and I really enjoy eating there. Cons: 1: To be honest, the price is a little bit high. The whole sandwich usually costs me 10 dollars. As for me, I am still hungry after a whole sandwich! Maybe I think it will be better if it costs less. 2: Additionally, the kinds of food is not very various. I really hope it can add more kinds of food, such as hamburgers and some rice.

Came here today for lunch. Used to live across the street at Villa Siena. Wasn't busy at all around 2 pm on a weekday. The center is known for bad parking but didn't have trouble today. Got the foot long Black Forest ham, staff was nice and the sandwich was good. Would recommend if you are looking for something simple and affordable in the area.

ok, I just had the new sweet and tangy steak wrap..... Not sure what the meat was, but it definitely was not "steak". It reminded me and tasted like cat food. Does anyone actually taste these sandwiches before they are consumed by the public?

Your typical subway, what do you expect? Tired employees that rush you through your order and look like they would love to be anywhere but here are the norm. The ingredients are always the same and the menus don't change from anywhere else. There is actually a good amount of seating for a tiny location like this one and also a couple of extra tables right outside the store.

Every other subway I've been too can do a simple substitution. Turkey for ham on the BMT, nothing crazy. The guy here said he couldn't do it, it's a different price. Won't be coming back here.
