Worst customer service. I asked for strawberry flavor and I got it, and I didn’t really like it so I asked if I can change it to banana. The girl was so rude and started yelling at me saying this is what you payed for. She could’ve been nicer about it but she was so rude. I can’t deal with this attitude.

I was craving something sweet and stumbled upon the perfect spot. I tried the injeolmi bingsu and it was absolutely delicious! At $12.50, the price felt very reasonable for the quality and portion. I’m definitely coming back to explore more of their bingsu options. Highly recommend!

We had a bingsu and a sweet potato latte. The bingsoo was pretty good, but we were very disappointed with the sweet potato latte. It wasn't a sweet potato latte; it was a SWEET POTATO SYRUP LATTE. I barely tasted the sweet potato, only milk with a sweet potato smell from the milk foam, It was the worst sweet potato latte I ever had, honestly. It was even different from the photo. The photo on the menu was brownish because it seemed to be made with sweet potato paste. The actual drink I got was white like a regular milk with a sweet potato smell but a very weak taste. Change the name to Sweet Potato Syrup Latte or IMPROVE THE QUALITY. I felt like i've been scammed, haha.

Quick service place with minimal seating area. We got the strawberry milk drink, it was just okay. Also got the Yogurt Berry Bingsoo and a Cinnamon Toast. Both were really good! You can really taste the yukult yogurt flavor in the bingsoo we got. Asian compliment.. both were not too sweet. We got extra condensed milk on the side which already came on our tray. It’s slightly more runny than normal condensed milk so it’s also not as sweet. I would definitely go back and try other flavors or options.
Parking is a little tough because it’s such a busy parking lot. But it’s a big lot and it’s free!

The bingsu here is amazing! I had to come back after having bad bingsu elsewhere, and the chocolate bingsu here was everything it promised to be and more. My favorite so far is the Earl Grey, but the Strawberry Cheese is also incredible. Highly recommended if you want local bingsu.

Food was good. But I wasn't happy with how to take an order. Ordering Bingsoo was fine, but when I tried to add Boong Uh Bbang, he refused to add it. The reason is that it takes time to make it. He specifically said that he doesn't want to spend time to make it. Didn't have to argue with it but for sure, I wasn't happy about it. Seems like owner hired wrong person. Not enough tables to seat also
The bingsoos are really good! We bought the mango, oreo and berry yogurt and it was worth it! It has layers all throughout and very filling. Pretty and simple atmosphere as well!

Very okay black sesame bingsu for $15. The only black sesame flavoring was the powder and the bingsu itself tasted like nothing. Only redeming thing about it was probably the red bean paste.
Was kind of loud and the seating was uncomfortable. I hate when establishments are long and then you can hear the bathroom echo to the front from the back. I don't think I will come back.

First visit here, Mango Bingsoo was amazing. Severely lacking in crowd management. We were asked not to order at the register till a table was assigned to us, for which we waited ~ 30 minutes. Then waited in queue for ordering another ~ 30 minutes. And a final ~ 20 minutes for the order to arrive. Would not recommend trying to get a table.
Edit: went a second time and decided to get to go, earlier in the day - service was very quick, in and out within 15 mins
