First time coming here and first time having this dessert and I am obsessed. It's so delicious and light. We had the strawberry cheesecake and it so good. It fed three of us. Those little fish waffles are delicious as well. You can add different fillings, some had Nutella and others have cinnamon with peanuts.
So slow, only one bowl wait over 30min.
Refreshing🥶
The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The shave ice, however, was just okay. It felt like the ingredients were simply placed together without blending well. The syrup didn’t mix into the ice evenly, and the strawberries were disappointing. too firm, under-ripe, not sweet, and lacking real strawberry flavor. Overall, the experience was decent, but not something I would go out of my way for.
Really good sweet. Refreshing!!!!!
Spoon is not clean, no wifi and bathroom is out of service. And the staff are not friendly. I do not want to come back.
Delicious. Packaging was special.
Too expensive and nothing special. Also they got my order wrong, gave me someone else's order and when I wanted to let them know about it, the cashier showed me attitude for their own mistake and so I just walked away because I did not want to argue. Someone else in my group had to go and make them understand that they made a mistake with the order.
Get The Earl Grey Bingsoo! I'll change your life forever
Gotta catch them all so far, our favorite it's the Taro flavor.
If I could review this on my Amazon store front I would. I only review good places!
I recomend the experience!

I took my friend there for a dessert. It was our first time. We thought it was delicious. It wasn’t too sweet. All the ingredients were well balanced.
super taste korean shaved ice!!! i tried the taro flavoured one and i loved the mochi on top. the shaved ice which had a strong taro flavour along with the crispy coconut flakes, tasted super refreshing on a sunny day. hope to visit again soon!!!
$15 for a bowl of bingsoo topped with what looked and tasted like old, bruised grapes? That’s just unacceptable. Most of the grapes were soft, brown in spots, and clearly not fresh — nothing like the glossy green ones in the menu photo.
I’ve been to this place before and really enjoyed the chocolate and ube flavors, where the toppings blended well with the shaved ice and didn’t raise any red flags. But this time was a total letdown. When you charge this much for a fruit-based dessert, using fresh ingredients should be the bare minimum. This felt lazy and misleading. Not sure I’ll be coming back after this experience.
Come here to bingsoo and chill. Nothing mind blowing about this one but it's solid bingsoo for sure.
The inside has a handful of tables but ofc every irvine AGB is going to be coming here to spill the tea (we did too) so it fills up quick. It's well decorated inside and it's a fun vibe to hang out.
They had great bingsoo. It would be extra amazing if it was extra smooth but other than that it was still delicious. I ordered the Injeolmi which is basically a rice cake with roasted soybean flour on top and in between the layers of the Bingsoo. I like how they added the rice cake on the top instead of just using that name for the flavor. I would definitely come back to get the green tea one because I think I'd probably prefer those flavors. Anyway on top of my Bingsoo it had almonds and I'm sure you can ask to take it out if you are allergic to nuts or don't prefer them. I don't prefer almonds either but unfortunately the menu didn't have any details on what would be on top which is really the only downside. Also it's not too big in there so many 4 or 5 people and less than that is probably better than bringing a group of 6 or more people. Anyway I'll probably add on to this review once I come back to that dessert place and try another flavor. Honestly I hope they can bring this to Orange. I think this dessert place would do well in Orange. Can't wait if they have more locations soon. ☺️🤍🤎
