This place is always busy now. We have learned to plan accordingly and put our name on the wait list before we are super hungry. It sucks to wait outside sometimes, but there is zero waiting room on the inside so its necessary. At least now they have warmers for when it gets cold.

The food is always good. Never too long of a wait. We love the chicken nugget basket. And we always get the same Pho. I recommend trying it shaken style. That garlic and onion just adds that extra something! And out of all the times we have been, last night was the best service we had by far. Kristen C was the nicest and most attentive and she needs to be recognized. She also had really cute nails. Highly recommend!

I think Sup Noodle and restaurants under Kei Concepts are a classic example of what happens when a business experiences so much growth and success that they begin to lose sight of actually taking care of their customers. I’ve been to this location several times and each time the front of the house are always the rudest and most standoffish individuals. I’m sure what managements goal is but if it’s to piss customers off before they’re even seated I think they’re doing an excellent job. The to go experience here is abysmal and so unorganized not to mention not making much sense since it takes an hour to get your food if you order in advance. Being told to wait outside in the rain and being assured that they would come out to get us only to ignore the pile of carry out orders build up on the shelves behind them is ridiculous. The service here continues to decline while prices go up. I think it’s time I stop giving my business to restaurants under this group until they start focusing on better service

02/22/25, 620pm, Kayla, a staff member, insisted, in front of other customers, that I wait outside in the cold to pick up even when i repeated that it's cold ourside. I had not been to a restaurant when I was told to wait outside. Maybe you have. Not coming back or ordering. Evidently they have too much businesses coming to them.

You never think you’ll eat the most tender abd flavorful filet in this little restaurant and don’t even start with the shoe string fries. Delicious!!!

I come here quite frequently but service and take out is quite inconsistent. The take out estimates seem to be off. The pho is good, and I also really like the lomo saltado. Today though, I’m staring at my takeout at the green sauce is missing. How am I supposed to eat this now? 😢

This is one of the best pho restaurants in all of southern California. Reservations are HIGHLY recommended.

It’s pricey compared to other pho places but it’s really good. Been going for years and quality is still great. Besides their pho dishes, I like the ribeye fried rice.

We had been avoiding this spot for a while due to the long lines, but we finally gave it a shot! Unfortunately, even during off-peak hours on a Saturday (around 1:30 PM), the wait was still about an hour. Fortunately, they offer a Yelp waitlist, so as long as you're within five miles, you can join the list remotely and use the time elsewhere before heading in.

Once seated, the service was great. We ordered the Golden Bao and two combination phos, planning to take full advantage of the unlimited noodle refills. The initial portion of noodles was on the smaller side, so we requested more right away. While the refills took a bit longer than expected, we appreciated that they came with some broth! (Extra broth is $3.)

The baos were absolutely delicious and unique! As for the pho, it was solid—not mind-blowing, but the unlimited noodle refill is a game changer. Between my husband and me, we managed to get 10 extra noodle refills! Big shoutout to our server for checking in on us throughout the meal.

They also had a fun Lunar New Year promotion: spend $50 (before tax) and receive a mystery $ voucher for any Kei Concepts group restaurant.

Would we wait an hour again? Maybe!

Pho was in point. Broth was so flavorful, the meats in it were great and the service by James was so good. He is a pro at the service craft. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant.

Keep the noodles coming!

Had the shaken combo pho here and needless to say it was phenomenal.

The rib meat was fall off the bone tender and the flavors were so rich and perfect for a cold windy day.

Definitely ask for more noodles, I got 3 servings and still had plenty to take home. The staff was friendly, generous, and quick.

Pho broth is spectacular and the meat is cooked perfectly. Service is also efficient and attentive. They are obviously super busy but everything runs smoothly. Overall absolutely worth the wait to eat hot in the bowl.

I had a wonderful experience at a delightful pho restaurant, where the unique meat combinations were exceptional. The soup was incredibly tasty and aromatic. I ordered the combination pho, which included a bit of every meat they offered, all of which was incredibly tender and delicious. For an appetizer, we enjoyed the Golden Bao, a bao with a wonderfully crispy exterior and a soft interior, complemented by flavorful pork. I highly recommend making a reservation beforehand, as the wait can be quite long.
