First time dining here! We had dinner on a Wednesday evening, and the place was quite packed. Luckily a reservation through Yelp beforehand helped us get a table not long after we arrived. We ordered: - Rib Bone Pho - Short Rib Pho - Fillet Mignon Lomo Saltado - Chicken Nugget Basket For me, the star of the show was their aji verde aioli that came with the Lomo Saltado. Service was good too despite the crowd. Only thing I would note is that, it would be nice if the restaurant offers limes instead of lemons, and Thai bird chilli instead of jalapeño to be served with the pho. Regardless, they made the flavour work with what they have. Will come back for more!

Overly salty food, especially the pho soup. TERRIBLE service, we waited forever to order and then they never brought out our extra noodles so our food just got cold. Definitely DON'T recommend it here!

Absolutely love sup noodle bar. All items on the menu are a hit. The pho noodles all come with free noodle refills, so if you're looking for something to bang for your buck that might be what you want to order. Service was quick and the waiters are alllllll super attentive and friendly. Wait might be long, but the food is def worth it!

Get on the Yelp wait list! Amaaaazing pho! So many different options. The Anthony Bourdain was delicious. The broth was very different from traditional pho, unique taste and super good. You can request extra noodles but honestly each bowl of pho comes with so many noodles etc. already. Come hungry!

Note to self: Bone in beef broth - bone in beef noodle soup is good. I would order again. Garlic shrimp noodles - not bad. I would order again. Egg rolls - good, like many other places. I've ordered a couple times. Needs to come with more sauce but not difficult to ask for more. The flavors and ambiance are nice. There is a reason they get good reviews. I'm just not use to the higher prices yet ;)

Great customer service! But be aware if you are vegetarian/vegan. They do NOT have vegan pho.

Wait during lunch and dinner hour is usually 30-1 hour long so make sure to join yelp waitlist first.Service is fast and I like how you can add extra noodle for free. Because we usually order 3-4 extra noodles, so price is affordable! We ordered the beef combination pho which comes with beef belly, tendon, short rib, and meat balls. It is very flavorful and well balanced. Our server is very friendly and ask us if we need anything else or extra noodle.Been here more than 10 times and I love the consistency. I can expect the taste each time. Inside is a little bit loud. This place also in a plaza so you can go to Daiso or walk around if you are waiting. Plenty of parking places but sometimes difficult to find parking right in front of restaurants if it's lunch/ dinner time. Would recommend this place.
Always a long wait. Expensive and pretentious, unlike what an authentic pho place should be. Go to Pho 79, Phoholic or somewhere else.

Truly amazing food. For Pho, I ordered the combo pho and tasted the Anthony bourdain pho - both were great! The bourdain has more "oomph" and flavor in the soup and would order that one next time. For those not able to eat spicey foods, it has jalapeños in it, but I didn't think it was spicy at all (and I can't handle spicey). The fried spring rolls, fried chicken and the lomo saltado was delicious. The herbal tea, which came free with check in, was also nice to have (however, it's on the sweeter side). Definitely will be coming back when I'm in the area.

Came here on a Saturday night! Definitely busy! Especially because it was raining this past weekend! We added ourselves onto the yelp waitlist around 730 pm. We were excited because we received a text 30 min later, stating the line was moving faster and our seating time would be about 815 pm, but when I went inside to update our number of guests, they stated they were actually running behind. We didn't get seating until about 915pm. We get it, large party, harder to seat! Just was a little misleading, not sure if that's a yelp thing or them to fix? Highly suggest putting your name on yelp first though. We were very excited to try this place as this is the first time we visited a restaurant by Kei Concepts! It definitely lived up to the hype and was amazing as it looked! The pricing was pretty fair, for what I felt the quality of the food was. Obviously you can drive 10 miles down to Westminster or GG to get pho, but this was a different experience! They had a lot larger of a menu than I expected. I got the Anthony B. Pho and my BF for the Combo (not like your normal combination pho at more traditional places). He also got the chicken nugget basket. His favorite chicken nuggets are from McDonald's and since they had similar appearance he had to find out how they tasted. They were actually delicious! Very similar in texture, but definitely tasted better than fast food haha. I'm not the biggest fan of shoe string style fries, since it usually gets so crunchy it just tastes like the crumbs of chips, but these still had some fluffy potato texture, which I loved! The inside is modern and bigger than expected. Our server was amazing! Always checked on us. They even give noodle refills?! Like what?! We need one of these in Vegas! Will definitely come back!
