Yes it’s editable and better than kura for most part. Very few selections and most plates on the conveyer belt are empty for Friday 8pm. I get it, it’s Irvine, city inspection took away most energy out of owner but this place is not worth the wait nor excitement….most rolls are so salty and yet the fried chicken has no salt nor flavors….last but not least minimum 18% tip suggestion, for self serve revolving sushi…..

I usually go to Rev whenever I am in the area. The food was always great, However the last time I went there, the busser was not nice and spill soy sauce all over my designer bag and scarf (it was stained and couldnt get the smell off the leather and the scarf) :( .
There were empty plates on my table, he asked me to help him hand over the plates because he couldn’t reached it. I placed it at the end of the table slowly and carefully because there was a sauce on the plate, He saw it however he rushed and not careful to collect it and the sauce spilled all over my bag and scarf, me, my phone. After the incident he wasn’t very apologetic as well.
I don’t think I will ever come here again, he doesn’t seem to care about the customers and because of his behavior and carelessness towards the customers.

Sushi Rev is a great concept and gives you the Japan conveyer belt sushi experience. They have some really good dishes like the seared salmon nigiri, but some of the other dishes are just okay. I wish their atmosphere was a bit better. Often times the employees are talking to each other across our table or cracking jokes around us which detract from the overall experience. Overall, I’d still recommend it for the food.

Our seat was terrible. The sushi plates were empty, so we ordered a bunch of plates through tablets. We waited for more than 10 minutes, and nothing came out. We wanted to cancel the orders and just escape from this trashcan, but the payment also took about 10 minutes. Never gonna visit here again.

Interesting experience having our food delivered by a mechanical device and on a circulating food line. Sushi was well presented and tasted great but did not have tempura vegetables or teriyaki chicken. Lobby is small and we waited almost an hour for our table. Many people waiting for a spot.

Tried this place for the first time. The sushi on the conveyor belt did not look fresh at all. Maybe because we came an hour before closing. We ordered from the menu instead. We ordered 5 items and 2 of them came out after a few minutes. Then at least 15 minutes go by and the rest of our items never came out. Meanwhile all the tables around us were getting their food. I pressed the service button and no one comes for several minutes. Then I call for service again and tell them we haven't received the rest of our order and had been waiting for quite a while . No explanation or apology. They just tell me they'll ask the back to make the food. Was really looking forward to trying this place and would have ordered a lot more. Instead we just went home and made ourselves a sandwich. Never coming back.
