This last time we stopped by, they had run out of every protein except salmon and tofu by 8:15 (they close at 9) and were already cleaning up. I ordered a miso salmon glaze bowl. I got the bowl without the salmon. I couldn’t believe it. They are busy and run it like a fast food chain. I would not go to this location or order from ever.

It can be pricey but if you just get the kale Caesar it's around 12 dollars. But 15 dollar average for most of the options. If you start adding beef now youll pay 20. Its really healthy and delicious. Definitely recommend at least once. I am a carnivore guy too so trust me it's very good coming from a carnivore.

I was late here by the video of the employee, denying a homeless person inside and she just wanted a cup of water. Thank God for the man who came and paid for her meal and still the manager didn’t allow her and disgusting. You guys could never get my money.

If you are familiar with sweetgreen don’t expect the same from this location, if you are new to sweetgreen just remember this one is nothing like a normal one. They run it as a 100% fast food restaurant without quality control, hiring bunch of young kids without proper training. You can tell they hate their job and the customers, talking back at us rudely and not following instructions of light dressing, making it oily and gross, then refused to remake it unless the manager approved. We talked to the store manager who is fairly nice, and promised to “talk” to the employee, and helped to remake the salad. Just avoid it if you want a nice healthy food restaurant experience.

a solitary youtube video lead me here, and to say I was heartbroken is beyond description. A homeless woman simply wanted a bit of water and it was caught on camera how she was treated. ice water/hot water, it will not kill your business to be kind. until the employee/manager saw he was being recorded, he treated that woman like absolute trash. do better.

Tried to reach the Torrance location but they have no legit phone#. Son got violently food poisoned after eating there last night. His stomach started hurting at night then threw up several times and got diarrhea thru the night and morning. He ate blackened chicken kale bowl, and didn't finish it as he found hair at the bottom of bowl. I had different kind. He has been in pain moaning all day. Why is it so hard to reach the restaurant? I couldn't leave home all day to take care of my son. Did anyone else get sick? There were only a few people there when we ate there. Someone sweetgreen need to do something. He might have to miss school tmrw because of this. He is still not better.
I don't usually write reviews but the Bedford NH location has terrible customer service. The manager is rude and unprofessional. Not only that but there's some bug on the website that altered our pick up time and then there was absolutely no way to contact the store to correct it so we had to go in person to fix the pick up time for an almost $160 order only for the customer service texting people to GASLIGHT us about the pick up time and tell us it can't be changed! 0/5 Stars don't bother going here.

I was so excited to try this place, I’ve heard all the hype - but I’ve got to say I’m insanely disappointed. I got the blackened chicken avocado ranch bowl, and I’m hardly able to eat this. The chicken is very gummy and soggy tasting, the avocado is just one huge chunk and it feels like there’s no flavor. I’m going to eat what I can because I ordered it for takeout and it was expensive, but I can’t say I’ll be back :(

I usually have had positive experiences at other Sweetgreen locations but not at this one. I ordered a salad half an hour ago and I was told by an employee that it’s still not ready even though on the app it says the ready time was 15 min ago and that the order has been marked in the system as complete and ready for pickup. To add to the frustration, someone came in behind me and ordered at the counter and got their salad before me.

I liked the food, but my first time there, it was not clear how you selected your items, but apparently, it's not like Chipotle, Subway, or Pieology where you just choose your items? My server had little motivation to explain. It felt like she just wanted to rush me through. When I expressed my desire to add additional items. "Can I have cucumbers?" Sure, but that's extra. Ok, but she never said how much extra, so I just added more, sweet potatos, egg. At that point, she just seemed annoyed. I'm thinking, why are you annoyed? Unbeknown to me my total cost, I just gave you a high margin profitable upgrade.....lol
