a solitary youtube video lead me here, and to say I was heartbroken is beyond description. A homeless woman simply wanted a bit of water and it was caught on camera how she was treated. ice water/hot water, it will not kill your business to be kind. until the employee/manager saw he was being recorded, he treated that woman like absolute trash. do better.

Tried to reach the Torrance location but they have no legit phone#. Son got violently food poisoned after eating there last night. His stomach started hurting at night then threw up several times and got diarrhea thru the night and morning. He ate blackened chicken kale bowl, and didn't finish it as he found hair at the bottom of bowl. I had different kind. He has been in pain moaning all day. Why is it so hard to reach the restaurant? I couldn't leave home all day to take care of my son. Did anyone else get sick? There were only a few people there when we ate there. Someone sweetgreen need to do something. He might have to miss school tmrw because of this. He is still not better.

I don't usually write reviews but the Bedford NH location has terrible customer service. The manager is rude and unprofessional. Not only that but there's some bug on the website that altered our pick up time and then there was absolutely no way to contact the store to correct it so we had to go in person to fix the pick up time for an almost $160 order only for the customer service texting people to GASLIGHT us about the pick up time and tell us it can't be changed! 0/5 Stars don't bother going here.

I was so excited to try this place, I’ve heard all the hype - but I’ve got to say I’m insanely disappointed. I got the blackened chicken avocado ranch bowl, and I’m hardly able to eat this. The chicken is very gummy and soggy tasting, the avocado is just one huge chunk and it feels like there’s no flavor. I’m going to eat what I can because I ordered it for takeout and it was expensive, but I can’t say I’ll be back :(

I usually have had positive experiences at other Sweetgreen locations but not at this one. I ordered a salad half an hour ago and I was told by an employee that it’s still not ready even though on the app it says the ready time was 15 min ago and that the order has been marked in the system as complete and ready for pickup. To add to the frustration, someone came in behind me and ordered at the counter and got their salad before me.

I liked the food, but my first time there, it was not clear how you selected your items, but apparently, it's not like Chipotle, Subway, or Pieology where you just choose your items? My server had little motivation to explain. It felt like she just wanted to rush me through. When I expressed my desire to add additional items. "Can I have cucumbers?" Sure, but that's extra. Ok, but she never said how much extra, so I just added more, sweet potatos, egg. At that point, she just seemed annoyed. I'm thinking, why are you annoyed? Unbeknown to me my total cost, I just gave you a high margin profitable upgrade.....lol

I have been here twice over the past few months. The young staff working at this location are some of the worst I’ve encountered in food service. They had 7 people “working” on a busy Saturday at lunchtime. There was actually only one person up front working the line and registers. Through the window they have into the kitchen you could see the rest of the employees huddled in the back eating donuts holes from the Hello Kitty Cafe. The line grew and they never left the back, even after their coworker on the line asked for help. The food took so long to order and ended up not tasting the freshest. I really recommend some training or changes in management to get this location to what it could be.

Love this place. Big bowls fill you up. Went to Santa Monica location many years. Trust all locations are great. Fresh and great taste here in Irvine.
