My first time visiting sweet green I was greeted by Joseph who was super friendly and nice . He was so patient with me as I was not sure what to pick too many choices, Joseph was super nice and friendly and he prepared the best salad for me . I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back . Thank you Joseph for an amazing experience

The salmon is a great choice and the service was so nice. Thank you to the young gents that helped me. He listened, so patiently and was really understanding. I had a headache when I came in, but the headache left after I ate; the food made me feel so much better.

I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

Customer service was cold. It was my wife’s birthday and we saw a promo on the Spectrum website for $10 off if we showed it was her birthday on the app. The manager pushed back really hard, and after way too much back-and-forth they finally honored it. We had our two kids under 2 and chose to come here instead of a dozen other places. For comparison, we went to Starbucks right after and did the same thing with their birthday offer, they smiled, said happy birthday, and gave her a free drink with zero hassle. Pressed Juicery did the same. We’re not upset they didn’t know it was her birthday….but customer service matters. We’re loyal Sweetgreen customers, and choosing this place for a birthday dinner only to get the coldest treatment was rough

Ordered online from this location today. $55 order. Never arrived. Instead some lady shows up with someone else’s food which I reject of course. Tried to call restaurant. They don’t answer. Texting through their app uis a joke. Issue never resolved and I’m out $55 in money and no food.

The food is delicious, fresh, and they have olive oil. Usually, these types of cafes only offer various sauces, which is a plus for me. The prices are average, the staff is average, but they need more attention to cleanliness. There's small trash on the floor, and the tables on the terrace need to be wiped down more often.

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.
