Whoever was working on 11/6/25 @ 10pm was either not sober or needs to be replaced. THEY HANDED US SOMEBODY ELSES CREDIT CARD???? Like I dont think they gave it back to the person ahead of us... we did online, no payment.... It took them almost an hour to get through 7 cars. Handed us our food, not our drinks. We waited. We asked for our drinks THREE TIMES WHILE WE COULD SEEEEEE THEMMM and just that took them 2 min to hand us, as they sat in front of us in the window chatting.

Mexican chocolate churro chiller is now one of my favorite drinks and the place look really nice it's kind of set up like a Starbucks ice cream parlor sort of, a little different than the normal Taco Bell for sure another not very pricey for their drinks which I was glad to see! I will definitely be visiting this place soon and I don't live close by living Anaheim so that's telling you something! And I forgot to mention that you order through a kiosk which is fine so you can take your time and pick what you want without being rushed.

this taco bell is THE slowest taco bell i’ve ever been to. even when i order online, i still have to wait 15+ minutes after the “supposed” completion time. it said it would be done at 5:05 after i ordered on the app but i didn’t receive it until 5:25. this has happened to me not once, not twice, BUT THREE TIMES. and it’s not even that busy inside. i get that it’s a live mas cafe but i literally only order stuff on the actual taco bell menu.

Ordered burrito and quesadilla. Burrito had holes in the side so cheese was spilling out. Quesadilla's cheese was not melted.
I waited 25 minutes for the food and when they find my order the food was cold. Really disappointed.

I've always wondered what Taco Bell did to be located so far away from the rest of the shops in this plaza lol. I remember when this place used to be a taco bell AND pizza hut combined! That was so long ago but given that this place still exists is amazing to me. I always had fond memories of this place. The food was very affordable but over the years the wait time takes longer than expected now. It seems to be a common complaint but maybe it's a staffing issue. The food is good for fast food though! Your options are this or del taco down the street lol
