Staff was not very friendly. I asked him to check/change one order after 3 mins I placed the order. He told me it’s too late, without willingly to go to the kitchen and ask. Food was ok, not very authentic.
Not Cantonese cuisine - probably Taiwanese. Not an expert here to say, just being adventurous that day, and was not disappointed. My goodness! The fish head dish, which was the special of the day, was something to behold by the braves only. The soup was sensational. The buns were unremarkable.
There are many Chinese restaurants surrounding the Ranch 99 market at this location. Picking one was a difficult choice. My wife and I walked to them all and looked at the menus and the food that was being served to the customers. Most are sort of fast food / takeout things, this one was a sit down with a great atmosphere. We ordered the House Special Braised Noodle and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of the food. The noodles had the perfect homemade texture...
