My family, especially my daughter, loves Tea Station. We have been patronizing Tea Station for decades. The food is delicious. Although everything is flavored with tea, I personally cannot detect it. The teas are supposedly excellent. I don't indulge, mostly it's generational. (I was brought up too cheap to spend $6 on a non alcoholic drink.). Nevertheless, my daughter has frequented Tea Station since middle school (10+ years). She feels their tea is much higher quality than the competition. HOWEVER, the service is terrible to the point of being nasty. The wait staff is rude and dismissive. It's been like that since inception, so it's the owner' culture, not one person. There was one thoughtful Asian American waiter recently, but unfortunately we don't see him anymore. As a fellow small business owner, I know the importance of making people feel welcome. Throughout middle and high school, my daughter and wife frequented Tea Station almost three times a week. Their order was always taken by the female owner. After all those years, she never gave any acknowledgement of their faithful and frequent patronage or even showed any sign she recognized them. She was also at times RUDE. Lastly, I personally witnessed several health code violations. My daughter returned a drink after taking a sip and realizing it was not hers. They dumped that drink in a new cup and gave it to some else. GROSS! They also forgot to put in the fruit flavor. My daughter told them. They put it into a mixing cup and gave it back to her. They then continued to use the mixing cup for others without washing and sanitizing the mixing cup. DOUBLE GROSS. Tea Station could be five stars with different management and culture.

Located in the Culver Plaza, the concept and menu remind of this place in NY that I used to go to where you go for a mini snack or late night bite, where you order a boba drink and appetizers ranging from curry fish balls, to chicken wings, to noodles, etc. I ordered the melon milk tea with boba and grass jelly. I also ordered the Pickled Ground Pork Bowl that came with rice and three side dishes. The boba drink was decent, good amount of jelly and boba, just borderline being too sweet for my taste. The food was small for me but it tasted decent. I thought the service could have been better.

Second time trying to have a valid review without been reported for slander. Still is a terrible place to have my meals( I don't need to discuss on exactly how gross the owner of this franchise is. But just tea and food wise, it tasted like if they put 3000 kg of Monosodiumglutimate in so it was unusually salty and back. I don't even expect 'em to understand anything regarding "customer service" coz these guys don't have that morality. No need to slander more, that's my review. You like it, great! You don't like it, well go dine there yourselves then.

I walked into Tea Station and was greeted with arguing amongst the employees. I had to wait at the register for a while before they noticed I was there. I ordered the Tapioca Milk Tea. They made the drink fairly quickly, but it was only mediocre. The tea was okay, but I would not come back for this drink. Maybe I ordered the wrong drink, but it was not good. The most disappointing part of the trip was the tapioca pearls. The boba was dreadful. It has a gross aftertaste that leaves a sour feeling in your mouth. It is like they serve old and moldy boba.
