This place sucks. The service is awful. Your online order will not be prepared until they are done with all the local orders first. After an hour wait for my food it was cold when they gave it to me!! and the awful cashier still gave me attitude when I was upset for waiting for so long. Just awful

Food has changed so much since the “beginning” days. It’s still good but not “amazing good” like it used to be. The chicken is a bit dryer now, the salad is not as fresh and the vinaigrette is more sour. The dressing used to be more perfectly balanced and so good, I wanted a bottle of it at home but it’s just overly sour. The bread was burnt. I hate when good restaurants don’t stay consistent. Either case it’s a healthy good lunch, just miss what it used to be…(Irvine Spectrum location)

Tender Greens is one of my favorite restaurants anywhere. I've eaten there more than 100 times. The quality and consistency of their food rivals many fine dining joints. I almost always eat the same thing, but I've also seen others enjoy most of their food, so I'm confident they deliver across the menu. If you haven't eaten there, I highly recommend the grilled chicken and albacore plates with grilled vegetables and baby spinach salad. The olive oil cake is delicious too.

Ah, Tender Greens is my favorite spot whenever I'm hanging around Irvine Spectrum. They've got this awesome selection of healthy stuff and the ingredients always taste super fresh. The salmon they grill just right – medium-cooked – is something I can't get enough of. It's always a good time eating there. Definitely planning to hit it up more often.

you know there's no specialized rehab for your absolutely delicious food, right? I can't believe I've eaten meals from y'all every day for the last two weeks. sometimes twice a day. need help. what the hell is in those salads and mashed potatoes? also omg the STEEEAAAKKK I'M WEEEEAAAAKKK I JUST ATE AND I'M ALREADY CONVINCING MYSELF NOT TO ORDER AGAIN

Food looks a little sad and is very overpriced for what you get. Soup used to be filled to the top now just looks half empty and does not come with bread anymore, not sure if I will be returning. From one restaurant owner to another this place leaves me feeling disrespected as a customer. Usually one item missing from past orders so be sure to double check your food before leaving.

We had a quick dinner at Tender Greens in Irvine Spectrum before watching a movie next door at the Regal Cinemas IMAX. It's a beautiful space where Tender Greens is located.Here's what I recommend:- Chipotle BBQ Chicken Salad ($14.85): this was a delicious salad and you could really taste the marination of the meat. There was avocado, queso fresco, tortilla strips, and a cilantro lime dressing. Highly recommend. Huge serving as well.- Bolognese pasta: this is a new item on the menu so we gave it a try and it wasn't bad! Tender Greens has been branching out to these other kinds of dishes other than just salads and sandwiches and they're doing pretty well. Pasta was slightly undercooked but the Bolognese sauce was delish with all the cheese on top.If you're in Irvine Spectrum and want something a little healthier than all the other options available in the vicinity, go check out Tender Greens.

We came here tonight for dinner. Keep in mind I've been to lots of tender greens locations, but never this one. The food itself was good, but I took off 2 stars due to the portions here being VERY skimp! My boyfriend ordered a trout plate with kale and potatoes. His portion was so ridiculously small (filled just half the plate) that I had to order him an extra full salad. I ordered a tuna Niçoise salad, and my portion was still a little smaller than previous times I've ordered it at other locations but it was ok. I also wasnt a fan of the tomato soup, which felt more like eating a bowl of pasta sauce than an actual soup. I've never had a tomato soup I disliked (even the canned ones) but this one was just wierd, and we left the bowl nearly full. If you're coming here, you're safe ordering the salads,Other than that, you'll walk out still hungry! :(

I normally like Tender Greens but this location could use better oversight. They forgot my soup but worse, the brown rice that I ordered was mostly hard and crusty, indicating that it was probably at least a day or two old. That's unacceptable.
