I have been going here weekly for the past few years. I appreciate that they cook your food fresh! I like the Chipotle Barbecue Chicken Salad, Grilled Steak Plate, Chicken Pesto Sandwich, and Katsu Bowl. The food is truly very good — there is no denying it.

There is one major downside: they frequently forget things in your order and there is considerable variation from day to day. I order stock menu items without any substitutions and they would frequently forget sides, forget salad dressing, forget ingredients in the salad, forget to season the meat etc. It seems to happen a little less frequently than before but it still does happen. I always check to make sure everything is there now whenever I pick up the food.

Also given the price point, although it is clean and friendly, I wouldn’t necessarily say this place is “nice.” It has a similar vibe to Panera Bread (although with much better food). I wouldn’t take someone here to impress them.

Fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, Tender Greens delivers when it comes to quality. I ordered the chicken salad, and it was loaded with crisp romaine, perfectly grilled chicken, radishes, pickled onions, and feta. The dressing was tangy and well-balanced, and the toasted bread on the side added a nice crunch. Everything tasted super fresh and thoughtfully prepared.
That said, the order took longer than expected to come out, even though it wasn’t very busy. Not a huge issue if you’re not in a rush, but worth noting. Overall, still a favorite spot when I’m craving something healthy and delicious!

small portion for an expensive price. I think I spent like 18 dollars for a small thing of salmon, season veggies (mostly carrots that were sweet and it threw me off), and roasted potatoes. salmon was bland, and the only flavor, if you could call it flavor, was lemon and salt. it was healthy though, and the potatoes were really nice.

We enjoyed our visit and the food was very decent for the price. That said, some pasta was undercooked and the room was loud with a large group of small kids. Service was excellent and friendly!

Gig Worker - had to wait an additional 20 min to complete an order.
The miscommunication with staff, on this one order was astonishing.

This was such a vibrant venue when it opened; now it just plods along. Good, but unremarkable. Certainly not what it was. What happened?

Portions used to be really good (even just a few weeks ago). I got a Katsu chicken bowl, but was very disappointed, as the chicken tonight was as thin as a sheet of paper.

Staff is rude and will ignore you to continue their personal conversation. Waited almost 10 minutes in the pick up area for someone to even acknowledge me

Enjoy if you can wait 45 minutes for your lunch.
I used to eat here about once a week, but recently the food prep time has gotten out of control in the last 3 weeks I placed a togo order at noon with an expected time of 12:21, which was ready at 12:45, and this week came in for lunch at 1:00 with a colleague. Her food was ready in about 15 minutes, thankfully she began eating. I had to ask about mine multiple times, and eventually was told that they "ran out of Tuna" and were making a fresh batch. Eventually I had to take the food to go after waiting for 45 minutes.
Just not acceptable for people who are trying to catch lunch during the work day.
So, unless you got time to burn and wait, I would find a place that can prep and communicate better to let you know it's going to be a while, or that they are out of something and you should choose something else.

I love Tender Greens for a solid, healthy meal but they are SO SLOW. I've online ordered multiple times and end up standing waiting for my order for so long, it's probably faster to come in and order.

Dietary restrictions: I ordered the blue zone bowl with tuna and asked for no cheese. They brought a tiny portion of tuna with lentils and arugula with cheese. No potatoes. I could only eat the lentils and the tiny fish. I was eating with a group and couldn’t wait until they brought a correct order. Pretty disappointed about the service and food portions. I wouldn’t recommend eating here
