Our go-to spot for fast casual. Love the menu items and the manager Peter has been fantastic! Today someone stole our takeout order and he made sure they made our order again right away. We've also catered from them and everything was great. Would highly recommend.

We came today, Saturday, at 5:30pm. It wasn't too busy yet. Peter helped us to understand how the menu worked and made some suggestions. He's a funny guy and seems to enjoy interacting with the guests. Between the three of us, we ordered: the fried chicken with mash potatoes and gravy and Caesar salad. Yum! The short ribs with mashed potatoes and broccolini (delicious). Finally, I had the grilled shrimp with mixed veggies and farro salad. The shrimp was a bit overcooked, but still tasty. I didn't care for the farro salad because I'm not a fan of the fennel spice. I picked out as much as I could and it was pretty good as I love farro. Everyone was friendly and the food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. Peter checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Nice touch. We'll be back.

I love our Tender Greens at UTC in Irvine! My current favorite is the Salmon Salad but there are many others. The Agua Fresca is always yummy. The restaurant has plenty of seating and is always clean. The service is awesome--especially Fernando who greets everyone with a smile and wants you to have a great experience! I especially appreciate that Fernando acknowledges and thanks regulars (not just me)--what great service! I've done take out for my family and work and dined for meetings and with friends. The food and the service is always a winner!

Good tasting and semi healthy but the price is not a great value $20 bowl doesn't get you much Also it's too spicy for the average person. And I'm a spicy eater!

Chicken was slimy, tasted terrible. Two bites and then dipped in a load of ketchup to mask the taste and even that didn't help. $25 straight in the trash. Never again. Maybe the one at the Irvine Spectrum is better. This one is 5 minutes from my house. I had to DoorDash something else. A basic dinner for me ended costing me over $50 bucks tonight: oh well. Live and learn. I do not recommend at all whatsoever.

I never leave reviews but Peter (the manager I'm assuming) provides such good service and hospitality. Every time me or my friends come in he speaks with us like we're friends and takes time to ask about how our food is and joke around with us. God bless Peter

Tender greens is a good place. But the UTC location has snarky and rude staff. They are very slow too. Seems a bit ridiculous for a 10-20$ range place.
I have never been here with such a bustling environment. There was lots of diversity here from families to students, anyone can enjoy this place! I ordered the chicken katsu and it was delicious, especially the sauce they give. Service was quick and they were kind. Overall 10/10

I ordered a steak with fresh vegetables and a chocolate fondant lava dessert. They brought me fried vegetables. And the dessert was like liquid chocolate. Horrible food in this branch.

Recently, I’ve been going to this place pretty often and their food has never deceive me, I highly suggest anything on the menu, but the braised beef is my go to it’s always so tender. Everything is really healthy tastes fresh and clean. Highly suggest.

Came to this place due to its convenient location right at the corner of the UTC. Even though there was a lot of people in line, staff did a great job of moving the line along well. Of course protein plus salad in a nice environment is gonna cost you in Southern California but I found the steak well cooked and ingredients fresh. Will be back for a consistently fresh meal!
